Staff was not organized and they were rude to me. I was told to return my truck before by 5pm. I did so 5 mins before closing and it took them an hour just to check my truck in and they check people in that arrived after me.

The staff was rude. When I arrived at the counter they told me I had to wait outside with the truck. When I tried to go back in to the store to pay because I wanted to pay cash they had locked the door and were counting their drawers. They didn't even bother to acknowledge that I was at the door. They were the ones that told me to go outside first!!!

The manager/owner tried to cheat us out of our gas and mileage, b4 renting. We kept telling him that the gas mark is not right and he kept telling us it was. Eventually he put the gas mark right, after he starting yelling at us and carrying on in front of other customers, telling us to get out of here and stuff. He also threatened to take our rental back after we paid for it. We threatened to call corporate, he said go ahead, all they going to do is forward your complaint back to him and he will be the one to address it. So far no one has addressed it, but made broken promises. When I returned the truck, a worker motioned me to come outside to check in my rental, which he did. He emailed me a receipt, but it did not come through, so I went back in to get a print out. I was told to step outside, I told the cashier that I returned my truck and closed out and they tried to email me a receipt and it did not come through so I wanted a printed copy. He kept saying can you step outside, my manager wants to talk to you. By the way that he was saying it, I thought that I was no longer allowed back in the store from the incident earlier. I never got a printed out receipt and no manager wanted to talked to me. They have very nasty customer service skills at this location. This is not our first bad experience with them, but it was surely the worse. I was very humiliated. Never again.

The truck had Dog Hair All Over the front seat I mean hair everywhere all over the front seat! The door had a dent in it so when the drivers door was opened it sounded like it was going to pop off. They need to clean out the interior of the trucks.

I was on the clock as soon as i talk to jim and he was going back and forth between me and a guy who was reserving a truck asked for email and said if do not have an email he does not have a trailer after i got aliitle pd then he says what the policy is and why he should tell oeople when asking why they need an email custermer service 0 then he called me homie and not sir or something respectful im not his freind or homie

On Sunday Feb 08 2015. I had a rental at U-HAUL MOVING & STORAGE OF FOREST PARK 4374 THURMAN RD FOREST PARK, GA 30297 (404) 366-3620 My reservation was supposed to be at 9:00am but it was set for 12:00pm. I went to the location at 9:00am which is when that location is open on Sundays and no one showed up. I was there to almost 10:00am and no one still haven't showed up. I called U-Haul and they informed me that they were trying to get in touch with the GM and find out why the employees were not there to open up the store. I couldn't wait any longer and i had them move my reservation to another store because my day is now thrown off by 2 hrs. The new location help me out with everything. I had no problems there. They were very respectful. The only problem I have with U-Haul is that The GM at the Forest park store told me that a $50 credit will be issued to my card and instead they are mailing me a check. The communication was not of customer satisfaction. Please review this incident at that location, Thanks

I received a notice on my card that they had charged me for mileage and had. I put the correct amount of fuel back in that truck the paperwork stated. And I only used 102.00 miles. I was given 85 for transporting back to Jonesboro and they gave me 15 miles on Macon for an inconvenience of time I should had been given more miles but they stating I went 21 miles over that is not true. I have previously filed a complaint and I am waiting to hear from a Supervisor.

The trust was very noisy. The whole front panel (dashboard) shook during the ride as if it was about to come apart. Every time I hit the brakes the sqeeked very loud. It was very annoying. I advused the staff of the problems when I returned the truck.

This location obviously does not maintain their vehicles -- not only was the one I got dirty (spilled drink residue all over the console) but the check engine light was on, the brakes needed servicing and the key would not work properly in the ignition. Don't go there unless you don't care if the truck you get works properly and is clean.

Please put on the Contracts that the "Due Date" to return trucks and/or trailers has a "TIME DUE DATE"!! Even though I picked up after 5pm - the "Time Due" was 2pm!! I had no idea regarding the "Time Deadline"!! I received several phone calls (most I could not get to while unloading)!! When I finally heard my phone - the person from U-Haul was very rude about me passing the time period!! Asking if I would be returning it by 5pm - I simply told the person - "Not possible"!! My goodness - I had to load, drive over 960 miles in 3 days - exhausted - unload and trying to meet my "Date Due Back" - not knowing there was a "Specific Time Frame" - I certainly wasn't going to push myself to please this person on the phone after being so rude - acting as if I was going to keep the truck and trailer!! Really??? I told them to "Come on over and help unload if you want it back today - especially after the storage facility gave me a different storage area then I requested"!! I couldn't use it at all and had to scramble to find another storage facility!! Thankfully, it was at the drop off location!! Once they realized what I was up against with the other U-Haul Storage Facility and how it would have been impossible to "fold my wooden furniture to make the turns down the two hallways" - I requested a drive up and unload unit - they were extremely nice and helpful which was greatly appreciated!! This storage facility is located on Tara Blvd. Now, if I could just get my refund from the first storage facility that didn't even show me the storage unit - and I went in with a friend who used to owned an U-Haul franchise and knew these people!! On January 2nd - I called and left a message (never returned my call) that the unit was clearly unacceptable and not what I requested!! I was not even shown the unit!! Because of the storage facility staff lack of "following procedures", I'm being penalized!! ???? On Feb 2 - I finally heard from "Headquarters" after calling the facility more than 20 times and actually going there more than 12 times from Jan 2nd through Jan 31st!! They absolutely refuse to reimburse me for not using the storage unit!! This problem was with the Hudson Self Storage at 1461 Hudson Bridge Road in Stockbridge, GA. Universal Storage Group Agent is the "Headquarters" located in Atlanta, GA. I helped them with their "Monthly Report" and "Year End Report" (done on 12/26 - back on 1/2 but NO ONE IN OFFICE TO HELP & IT WAS RAINING!!) - they try to tell me, "It was for the days you didn't use and we could have rented unit to others"!! Are you kidding me - during Dec 26 - Jan 2?? Besides, the Manager (who now is no longer with them at this facility) told me that I was "entitled to full refund as no one even inquired about that unit and that she did indeed make the error" but "Headquarters" is refusing to reimburse me!! Time to get State District Attorney involved with "Deceptive Business Practice and Consumer Fraud

My biggest gripe is with the lack of communication between locations. I reserved my truck at my preferred location. I went to pick it up and was advised my truck was at the location aforementioned due to equipment for one way being available at the Tara Blvd location. Did some one call me the previous day to confirm my reservation; YES. However the person never told me this change in location occurred which was extremely inconvenient. The Tara Blvd location needs to work on the customer service aspect of its employees. It wasn't the worst but could vastly be improved upon.
