My trailer was originally planned for three days. After 30 minutes, it became appearant that it would be suitable for my purpose. I returned it imemdiately was was still charged $32.00. Pretty poor in my opinion

Not charge them for an extra day when they had to drive 30 min away to pick up a trailer and take it back to get a light fixed a few days later. Also don't charge them when they thought they had to have it back by 5 not 11 and that wasn't communicated to them in the first place.

I work for a school. Even though we had given this location our tax free information when I got the estimate for rental. And even brought out tax free paperwork when the trailer was rented. And produced the tax free paperwork AGAIN when I returned the trailer They STILL charged me tax!
They tried to correct this by taking $5.99 off the bill but it still shows taxes being charged on the bill.
The bill is still not correct! I am going to be yelled at and be in big trouble at school because schools don't pay taxes. It is possible that I will not be reimbursed by the school because this was done improperly.
I had planned on renting again next week from U-Haul but now I am not so sure.

Everything was perfect and the location very accessible. The staff was super knowledgeable and speedy. It was an excellent rental experience, one of the better times that I rented from U-Haul.

The person who checked in our truck told inappropriate jokes and then told my husband to stand away from the security camera as he passed us his personal business card. We threw it away when we got to our car, but it felt it was really unprofessional.
