My van rented from another location would not hold what I needed to ship. This uhaul location would not let me exchange equipment. It would be nice if equipment swap out would be more seemless.

I was not told to fill up the gas tank back to full and where to drop the keys in the box. Uhaul is nickel and diming for every little thing. This is ridiculous the amount I was charged.

This location has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. We called ahead and asked to reserve a dolly. The person on the other line said each store is well equipped and that would not be necessary. Upon arriving to this location, they said they did not have the dolly. they told us the customer service department that answers the phones never has any idea what they are talking about. They laughed and were less than helpful. They even walked over to a place in the store that actually had the dolly, but a few flat boxes were on it. We asked if we could use that one, as it was already 4:30 pm and we did not have time to now visit a new location, frustrated that we were told previously they would have one. They then all looked at each other, shrugged their shoulders, and said they didn't want to move the stuff. They were rude about it. We could not believe how poor the service was. We will NEVER go back to this location, and we will continue to spread the word.

The bickering among employees made it an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. The location is top notch and probably the best location around as far as equipment goes. I just wish they would handle disagreements behind closed doors.

My online reservation was never confirmed via phone as stated in the confirmation but it was in the system. The gentleman inside was polite, helpful, and quick all good! Once outside to get my equipment that was a different story. I was old who to look for and I wandered around while the young man sat in the company truck in the lot messing with his smartphone. Once the indoor guy came out to get a truck for another customer he pointed to the young man in the truck and said that is your guy. Really? he's been ignoring me for 5 minutes while I wandered around. Then he hooked me up no problem. The equipment was rusty and had old ropes tied here and there, and needed sweeping out it was full of sticks, etc. when I returned I pulled into the return area, got out and waited like the sign told me to. After 5 min i went inside but the only guy there was engaged with a new customer. I went back out and watched 4 employees in the yard messing around with the company truck while me and several other customers wandered around looking for help. I finally saw the same young man that hooked me up walking my way so I waited for his greeting but when he continued to walk right by me I stopped him and asked for help to unhook the trailer. He hesitated, then said sure and picked up some paperwork and started writing down the trailer info. I finally asked where I could unhook and he pointed down the way so I just took it over there and dropped it myself. On the way out I had to find him again to be sure that I was finished and was free to go. That was way to much effort on my part just to get some help.

Specific dolly I reserved was not available when I showed up at my appointment time. Neither was the truck so I was given a larger truck that cost more gas. I was never notified in advance otherwise I would have made other arrangements. When I asked about a dolly in the store that would meet my needs I was told those were for sale not rent even though they didn't what I reserved.

the paperwork and various signage was careful to explain that I must return the equipment clean. However, the truck was not clean when I picked it up. It looked like someone had transported an old woodpile in the truck and left the debris in the back. I am sure that would have been irrelevant had I tried to turn the equipment back in the same condition I received it. However, aside from that, the staff at the facility were very helpful -- on more than one occasion. I will definitely recommend them should I have friends who need moving help.

Refund my money for lying to me by telling me that the trailer has an electronic hydraulic breaking system installed on it and then after I get in a wreck saying its my fault because I was a mechanic in the Army that it is my fault and that I should have known better. I am currently in the process of having Uhaul added to the Fort Hood black list (by the authority of Major General Abrams) so that other soldiers will not be allowed to rent from Uhaul so this problem does not happen again. Disgruntled, SGT Jones
