I requested a small box truck, a furniture dolly, a regular hand truck, and some furniture blankets. I received literally nothing that I requested. Instead I got a van, which tripled the number of trips and didn't have a ramp, an appliance hand truck, which was too unwieldy to move the boxes I had, and had to buy a furniture dolly that I probably will not use again for at least a decade. The location had several box trucks on site that they said weren't available, even. Though they did not move all weekend.

the employees at the front, a hispanic lady and a black men they gave us poor service, they didnt help me to find the exact hitch ball for my car so i had to found it by myself

I never received the message the store claimed someone left to tell me the company switched my reserved date. I was upset at finding out this morning, but did not cause a scene or become threatening. One of the employees, an African-American female, overheard my conversation with the manager and as I was exiting the store, made comments that I came in with an attitude. She did so to other customers in the store. I turned to tell her that I only had the attitude when I learned that my reservation would not be honored. She continued to yell back at me, with the manager standing nearby. I finally asked the manager to control his employee and I left the office. This employee was not part of the interaction at any time, and I fail to understand why she would be allowed to antagonize a customer by her rude comments. I will no longer refer students at our university to that store, and if my reservation is not honored again, tomorrow, I will no longer refer them to your company. Thank you.

I said the equipment was NOT clean and well maintained only in that it is not a fair question. It was clean, I can't say anything about maintained. I rated it bad because that truck had over 140,000 miles which could be ok but the vibration of the truck was so bad that you could not use the side view mirrors when over 60 mph because of the shaking and the noise in the cab was so bad that you could not speak to a person sitting on side of you. Also, it rattled so much it was extremely annoying. Long trip because of this.

There were not enough personnel on duty for the demand at this location. It took me about 30 minutes to get served. The personnel were not friendly. It was like they were doing me a favor by processing my return. I have tried this location before. They never have the equipment I want to rent available. I'd rather drive across town to the Causeway Blvd location than use this one.

Charge 1.00 for environmental fee. Not my problem the vehicle is not properly maintained and it smokes. Blanket were in truck and not sealed. Charged 10.00 and was told we broke the seal. Was not told about the charge

Very poor customer service! Not only did they instruct me to go in the back corner of the parking lot and find the truck myself and said the keys were in it. I was unable to find a truck with the keys in it so I returned to the desk again and was told it was in the front of the lot and to find again. Then still was unable to find then returned inside for a third time and was told it needed to be brought around and to wait for it. Then I had to wait again for someone to retrieve it then bring it around front. Employees were not helpful at all didn't get any instruction of where I was supposed to go to get the truck.
