The truck was in terrible condition, and should be taken out of the fleet. Suspension was shot, it almost powered out going up hills, and the speedometer was off by12 miles per hour.

I use rentals very often. Out of all the placesi have been this location is the best. I have them listed in my phone as, "my uhaul". There are a few locations closer to me, but I.perfer my. make the checkout process faster. Your practice of 3/4 full on gas is not good. I think it costs me more money because its hard to get it to 3/4. I don't nunderstand why you can't be like every other rental company and just bring it back full and take it out full. Plus the "extra mileage" policy should have been made clear. All I heard was the time maximum which I was well under but extra mileage cost me money. You must do exact point to point and trips are seldom that precise.

I know and appreciate that, you're running a retail business. I would suggest raising the rental charge and LOWERING the per mile charge. In todays world, people are ready for higher rental rates. I think: they are shocked and feel "backdoor cheated" with the .69 per mile charge. We renters are comfortable refilling the tank, but mileage is antiquated. The rental car companies don't do it and the rental consumer is prepared to pay higher rental for lower or zero mileage. I also realize you keep your vehicles for more than one year. Disappointed I received a truck that should be retired...was old and terrible and had issues. did the job but not sure i would rent again. I traded in the truck when a brake light came on, and received a newer truck from them and was shocked at how much better the relatively new truck was (100k miles but compared to the 200k mile truck was night and day). retire the old trucks!

When I dropped off the equipment it would have good to get a receipt to prove I dropped it off. When I dropped off the equipment, they simply said, "you are all set." That made me nervous since I wasn't sure if that was normal procedure

The moving dolly fixed to the inside wall of the truck was a nuisance! We had to break the seal to get this item out of the way! From a corporate perspective, who ever thought this was a good idea to position this equipment at this location. Poorly thought out. Otherwise, truck rental was flawless!

I try to be as understanding as possible when I go to the place of business and the service is poor. There are many factors that can lead to a bad experience. This experience in particular was very poor. Despite the fact that I had reserved my trailer online and had completed the "early check-in" process, I still waited for an hour to be helped. This is not an exaggeration. I showed up at 10:30 AM for an 11 o'clock pick up. I finally reached the counter to be helped at 11:35 AM. I stood in a long line with the rest of the patrons. Some of whom had not reserved their trailer, some of whom were simply returning a trailer, and some who just wanted to purchase something inside the counter area. Two individuals were working the desk and took approximately 10 to 15 minutes per customer. There is a fundamental problem with process at that store and I do not intend to use them again. It would be in the best interest of uhaul to study the inefficiencies at that location and understand how you can improve your customer experience.

The online reservation system is terrible, most time it does not correspond to store inventory. I had to change my plans significantly after reserving a trailer in Houston, got a confirmation and a day before the reservation I was called and told to go to Katy, tX to pickup the trailer (over 1.5 hours away) which made it impossible for me. Finally had to settle to pick up at the kingwood locationg adding 1 hour to a very tight schedule. If you are going to allow people to make reservations online that system has to correspond to the avialble inventory, this is the third time I have such a bad experience.
