Molding around the windshield blew loose flapping over the roof and in order to save the molding, I rolled down the passenger window and captured the side molding inside the cab. about another 100 miles later, molding across the top of the windshield and down the driver's side of the window loosened and the molding became a problem with my vision during stopping or slowing in local traffic. the molding continued to flap on the roof creating an irritating pounding noise for about 600 miles or 24 hours of driving. It was evident of fear that the windshield could pop out if the truck was struck from behind keeping constant oversight of my rearview mirrors. This circumstance was absolute unforgivable on U-Haul equipment and feel that a portion of my rental payment should be returned for the trouble and discomfort this defect caused me during my trip with constant worry of the windshield popping out and the thunderous pounding on the roof. Please advise before I or any friends use U-Haul in the future. Refer to: Misseldine Order # 97071022

Although the customer service was pretty good I had absolutely HORRIBLE service w/ customer care when the truck I rented got stuck. I will never use UHaul again & will discourage all of my family, friends & co workers from using them as well!

Not knowing the rental business, I think my experience with this U-Haul facility was very good. The people were informative, easy going and spoke well of U-Haul as a company. It was nice to do business with these people of U-Haul..

It's important to notify customers about which products are rentals and what products are purchases. I was under the impression the furniture pads were purchased (no one told me to return them), but when I returned the truck, they asked for the furniture pads and tried to charge me again for them. The hassle could've been avoided with a simple notification.

When the trucks get old and unsafe to drive ,with steering issues and leaking gas and cuts in the tire, the insurance should be free and the gas half price or both trucks , the one I had fora hour and even the second should be junked or auctioned off . What a dangerous liability to have such old junk on the road. I did rent one 26 footer at the start of the week for four days ,it was newer what a super nice truck . If you rent ask or request a newer rig . For yours and the public refuse the junk trucks .they also burn almost twice as much fuel thanks

Better maintenance on trucks. My truck had fuel smells, was dented on the side and got only 1.2 miles per gallon. I know trucks get bad mileage but 7.5 gallons for 8.5 miles is crazy. The desk people were fine and just shook their head when I told them the mileage. The last time I rented a truck from this location the tire was torn to the core and I had to drive back and exchange it.

The mileage & gas were off when we checked & the gentleman who checked us out said he would note it in the account, so we wouldn't have any issues. sure enough he did not & we did have issues, luckily we covered ourselves w/ pics and documentation & we were sble to fight the charges. If we hadn't we would've been required to pay & when this was brought to the attention of the manager, he was very nonchalant about the whole thing & didn't seemed to worried about the fact we were upset. In fact I had to explain to him he didn't refund enough instead of him realizing it on his own! Very poor experience.

DON'T EMTY YOUR FREE BOXES FOR CUSTOMER, LIKE US WHEN WE WENT THERE TO RENT WE DON'T GET ANY BOXES CAUSE EMTY THE PLACE WHERE TO GET THE FREE BOXES, SO THAT EVERY CUSTOMER CAN HAVE THIS FREE, JUST LIMIT BOXES FOR EACH CUSTOMER TO BE FAIR, SO ALWAYS HAVE BOXES READY.........

The truck was in really bad shape the truck need fixing the breaks were a nightmare I'm glad I did not need to use the freeway or it would have been dangers. Costumer service was grate the lady that help use in the morning was amazing the guy the got the truck need a little more training in costumer service other than that I would try to recommend this uhaul place to someone
