Owner was a very poor representative for the u- haul franchise. Will drive across town to rent from the corporate store next time I need to move.

I picked up the truck with leaves and bits of packing foam and other debris in the back of the truck i also had to guess how many miles i would be driving so i said around 30 miles total it turned out to be more like 25 miles i was told the $29 a day rental truck would cost me $61 and i have to replace the gas that i used. I had the truck for 6 hours and put $15 in gas back in the truck which was an 1/8 of a tank more than when i picked it up and cleaned it for a second time then for some reason i was charged an extra $8 bringing my total to $69. I feel it was a shady way to do business.

It was easy to drop off the trailer. It would have been nice if there was someone who could help take it off my car for me.
