The interior of the cab was relatively dirty. Definitely not cleaned after the last rental(s). The staff however were very helpful and knowledgeable and the truck performed as expected. Location is easily accessible in Lafayette, Indiana.

This location was great. The central U-Haul customer service people were nothing short of pathetic. I made my reservation online and the site contacted me within an hour to confirm so great start. About 4 hours later, I get a call from their central customer service department to confirm the reservation, but the information was all wrong. I thought I was patient enough to go through it all again, but it rather defeated the purpose of 1) doing it online and 2) having the pick-up/drop-off location call me in the first place. But the worst part was the afternoon of being done with the trailer, someone else from central Customer Service called to schedule my drop off in the WRONG location AGAIN. And then proceeded to tell me I was going to be charged if I took it back to my pick up location even though I specifically reserved it that way online and had confirmed it 2 previous times before that. That was when I started to question using uHaul in the future. If it wasn't for the great service I got in Lafayette, I would say never again. So I guess moral of the story, hope you get a site that can get things right the first time and then hope somebody doesn't call you 2 other times after that to change/confirm INCORRECT information!
