No one was available to rent the truck to me on the day/time of my reservation (Sunday), so the local employee gave me a phone number to call. When I called this number, she agreed to meet me at the location to ensure rental truck pick-up. She showed up 45 minutes late, the truck was filthy, and contained extra equipment (i.e. hand truck) that I did not rent and did not wish to be responsible for. Furthermore, there was no inspection of the truck to ensure that no damage had been done by the previous customer, and the employee took off with her husband and child in their car before I could ask questions about the hand truck, condition of the vehicle, and so on.
