Each person who waited on us was courteous, informative, professional and very neat in appearance, which provides for a much more pleasant experience when dealing with the service industry. Kudos to U-haul and what they expect of their employees and to this particular location carrying through very well on those expectations.

Material from engine cover insulation was coming off which somewhat hindered driver from depressing gas pedal safely. when truck was returned problem was mentioned to attendant.

Counter service was terrible. It was my 3rd time using this facility and my last. The clerk was unfriendly and had a poor attitude. When returning the trailer the driveway (staging area) was full, so I pulled around so not to block the driveway. I stood by my truck waiting for an attendent. After the 2 customers left both attendent proceeded to ignore me. I let them know I was returning the trailer and the made me back up and turn around so to pull into the staging area. That was not necessary in my mind because I ended up in the same spot once I checked in. You cannot turn around with a trailer without backing up from approaching the staging area backwards. The trailer was clean but attendant changed the inspection sticker upon my return.

Train personnel to ascertain during time of reservation whether or not the vehicle that will be towing a trailer is adequate, rather than at pick up time which may necessitate a change of plans at the last minute.

i was helped by Andrea and Deandre , I arrived a couple of minutes before closing and they were still very polite and patient with me. The fuel was low on the truck and they made sure that I got a fuel credit. The truck was a good truck and everything was great. I would recommend people to come to this location anytime , and especially because the customer service is outstanding . Thanks yall for such a great experience

The customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE. Before renting I called the customer service line to ask a question and was put on hold for 30 mins then only to be hung up on. When entering the location the guy helping us was completely rude and not knowledgable about anything. He asked for my card info I asked if I would have to pay with that card upon drop off,he assured me I wouldn't. Upon drop one guy "checked me in" then I went inside to as I thought pay with cash as I had planned. Once inside the girl hands me a receipt and tells me have a good day. I said when do I pay? She then says oh they put it on the card. NEVER was i notified it was being put on my card. Then I asked if they could reverse the charge so I could pay with cash like I originally intended to only to have the person stand behind the computer and pretend like he was doing something to help me but in the end result told me he can't reverse the charge. He said the best he could do was give me a $50 garuntee for the next time I use uhaul. I declined and said you act like people rent uhauls every day. I don't plan to move again for years. Nothing was done to help me after their huge mistake.I will NEVER use uhaul services again.

My husband initial requested a truck for Fri. Sep 11th. We called and canceled the reservation and requested the equipment for Saturday instead. He went in on Friday to confirm the reservation and gave them our credit card to guarantee the equipment but advised them we would be using our debit card on Saturday. While my husband was there they had an upset customer on speaker phone and on mute so everyone in there could here the conversation. My husband was told they would have our truck and the transporter ready at 7am. We then received a call at 6:50am on Saturday and was told they did not have ready and was told it would be ready at 9. Was called back at 8:30 now it won't ve ready till 11. I then requested to spk/w Jasmine the manager and she apologized and advised me she would not charge us for the transport (130.00). We final got our equipment around 12-1. 5 hours late. We have a 13 hour drive which means now we will not be getting to out destination on time and now we have to pay for a room. We also had to call our movers and had to pay a penalty for not getting here on time. Now we are out another 90.00. No complaints I figured the cost of the transport would cover the cost we had to pay out of pocket. Well we turned in our equipment with more gas and we turned it in 1 day early. No problems right. ..no a few weeks later we get our credit card statement with a charge of 183.33 . I called that night and was told they would have a supervisor call me no later than Friday ( oct. 10th) so i waited but no call I called at 3pm explained to cst service tranfered 5x final spk/w a FOM and a said he would research and call me back. He calls me on Saturday morning and said he could not do anything for me and that I needed to get with the destination location. I call but no manager available. So I call the orgin location and the new manager. He did recall us and said he would call the destination location. He called back said I should receive a refund in 3 to 5 days. Still nothing. I have called the stores to get a resolution but keep getting the call center. I have spoken with at least 50-60 and no resolution. Final the manger called me back this week ( week 3 ) and was told they cut a check on the 18th of October and I should have it that week. Still nothing. I called again today (26th) 5 cst service reps. No resolution. I went to the store and now being told I should get a check this week. She said since the orgin location did not document anything this is why they charged us for the transport. And the system showed we picked on Friday not Saturday. Not out fault but they charged us a late fee. Today is Sunday October 26th and still no money. A customer should not have to go thru so much red tape to get their money back.

Your in store customer rep made an accusation that I was lying about a statement I made. I advised her I had a reservation the previous day and there was no truck available when I arrived. She told me that she was in the store at that time and she did not remember that happening. I asked for the store manager and advised him of the accusation. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THAT KIND OF SERVICE. I rented 4 times with U-Haul in the past year and after that incident, I think I will go elsewhere.
