First of all U haul charge me for two days for a truck and I only had the truck one day and that was Sunday August 30 2015. The radio in the truck did not work and the air conditioner blew hot air the dash board was all crack up and dirty and the teuck ran very bad u haul gave me the run around for a truck the day before the communication between the store and u haul reps are very poor. I can go on and on I would like for u haul to reimburse my money back for the extra day that they charge me for the truck I only had the truck one day so I would greatly appreciate if they woul reimburse my money asap.

Take the truck that i used out of circulation /i reserved a17 " they gave me a raggedy ass 24" i will never used that location anymore.

now this location was nice and very clean when i pulled up i seen u haul everywhere but it was organized craziness but it went real fast and i was on my way. unlike where i picked up this place was in a good location of town thanks uhaul for everything.

I am very upset because ,I made reservations for pickup in the town I live in but had to pickup in Lafayette which caused me to have to pay for double miles that I really would not have used!!!

Due to my recent relocation to The Woodlands, TX, I rented a U-Haul to move everything from my home in Youngsville, LA to The Woodlands, TX. We rented the U-Haul from the location at 3700 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy, Lafayette, LA 70503 on 08/20/2015. When we arrived we were given a 17ft. truck, but originally reserved a 20ft. truck. They did not inform us that we would be given another truck, but when we walked outside we quickly realized a mistake was made. We went back into the store and informed them that they gave us the wrong size truck. The gentleman who helped us said “The person who has the 20ft. truck you were supposed to receive did not return the truck, therefore we do not have it and you were given a 17ft. truck.” I replied and said “The 17ft truck will not accommodate our needs, you will give us a larger truck at no additional charge.” He gave us a 26ft. truck at no additional charge. During the transaction process I asked if we would be able to load the car we would be towing now and take it off once we got home so we could load the truck with our belongings, the gentleman said we could do so. The car tow was not available at this location; therefore we had to drive to another location to pick it up. As they were loading my vehicle to be towed I confirmed that we would be able to disengage it from the truck to load our belongings, at that time the manager to the U-Haul location who was assisting another employee load my vehicle replied and said once the vehicle is loaded on to the truck, it could not be disengaged until we returned the truck and car tow. I then told them that we would have to come back once the truck has been loaded with our belongings. Due to being given incorrect information, we wasted time and gasoline by driving to the other location when we could not even use the car tow yet since the truck was not loaded. I then proceeded to my home in Youngsville, LA to load the truck with our belongings. Once the truck was loaded, we went to the U-Haul location on 8/21/15 to have them engage the car tow and load my car onto the car tow. After the representative at the Pinhook location was finished loading my car, I asked her to please help lower the center arm rest so that it could be utilized during our trip to The Woodlands, TX. As she attempted to lower the arm rest, she asked if we knew that the passenger seatbelt was cut and could not be utilized. We did not know since my fiancée followed behind the truck to load it at the U-Haul location on Pinhook road and she had not yet rode in the truck. The representative offer for us to switch to another truck, but was not able to move all of our belongings from the truck with defects to the new truck. We spent 14 hours loading the original truck and were on a time crunch, therefore we could not spend another 14+ hours unloading the original truck and reloading a new truck. The representative stated that she would notate on our account that the seatbelt was damaged to prevent us b

It was raining on the day I used the truck. The truck I had had a significant leak near the front of cargo area by Mom's Attic. Everything I had in the top part was soaked. The truck also didn't run well. It never started on the first try. I had to "feather" the gas pedal as I turned the key to try to get it to start. Not a good experience overall. When I brought the truck back at about five minutes after the store closed, the employees were not helpful at all.

My card was not charged all the way by them for payment. Got a bill on email. Tried to call to see what the problem was. Girl who answered phone had no clue what charges were for. Told me that it looked like rental payment on a unit which I don't have. She had no clue what was going on with my bill. She said mgr would have to call me. He never did, so I sent my son back in to see what was the problem. He told my son that there was a balance of 18.01$ and would be charged to card that day. On Tues, I got an email stating that I had balance of 18.01$ and would be charged 30$ late fee if not paid. I called 800 number. Now, my son has to check his banking records for the 18.01$ payment, then provide proof that it was paid! WE WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!!!!!!!!! I only used the cargo van for 3 hrs, but this headache and confusion was NOT worth it!!!!!!!!!!!

There were minor problems withe the internal rub-rails/tie-down rails. A short section was missing and some sections were pulling away from sidewall. Recommend a more thorough inspection of trailer interiors be performed and necessary repair made.

Upon returning the vehicle there was an employee in the vehicle in front of us who did not greet us or speak to us. We had to ask what we should do and when answering he never even looked up from his cell phone. He did not offer to inspect the vehicle for damage with us or anything. I even asked about doing a damage inspection and was told it was not necessary. The employee was obviously very preoccupied.
