Van was dirty inside and out. I had to spend 1 hour cleaning the cab and cargo area, just to be able to use the vehicle. Exterior windows and siding were very, very dirty. Very disappointed overall due to dirty vehicle.

There was a woman and a man. The woman should not be working with the public. She has no people skills nor customer skills. If there was another truck rental nearby - we would have ran out of there. The man - Doug - was better. He helped us after a problem. They did not check the cargo van before renting it to us. When we got in it the engine light came on the dashboard. They had no idea. They thought it was like that for the past week. How can a truck rental not check your trucks/vans before renting them>????

Would NEVER use this location again. Will be sure to YELP about how poor and RUDE the service was. I did not know I had to fold the blankets....so I was charged an additional $25.00 dollar fee. Which is fine but the woman on the phone told me "that wasn't nice of me"???? REALLY???? Extremely Unprofessional!!!!

Their level of customer service was very poor. The cashier/owner was very rude with me at check-in and return. Also, it is very difficult to get in an out of the parking lot with the truck.

U-Haul changed my dropoff location at the last minute. The new location was more distant and cost me significantly more time and money (it was a heavy traffic destination that required me to sit in traffic for an additional 30 minutes and to purchase more gas). This was NOT appreciated after an already long day of moving and driving. I should have been allowed to drop the 10' truck off at the location that I originally chose and that U-Haul originally approved.

That woman with the speech problem is rude and doesn't have any customer service skills. She told me to check out the truck for any damages that weren't marked with that X sticker so I did and I found a big dent on the roof that I wanted her to see before I left so that I didn't get charged for the damage, I had to ask her three times before she would do so.

Learn things may happen. So don't book on top of eachother. Also don't lie about penalties when you don't do that. Learn the meaning of inconsiderate before you tell a client they're not being considerate.. Worst experience dealinh with traffing and the women at the uhaul office... learn things may happen and its out of your control, however you made it seem you never had shit happen

I made the reservation online and requested a furniture dolly. When I picked up the truck I was told they didn't have any furniture dollies, and that conflicted with the online information. Not having the furniture dolly was very disappointing and made our move much more difficult! Guess it's important to actually speak with the location by phone and not rely solely on the online reservation information.

elevator cannot be kept open for what would be an adequate amount of time...a real pain. unit had a light that needed changing out at time of rental, however, management was very accomodating in replacing it.

The service at this location was very poor, we were not welcomed, we were not thanked, we were yelled at and talked to like we were children. The truck was so beat up we were afraid to take it thinking we would be blamed for all the dents , scratches etc. We took pictures and was promptly yelled at that they were aware of all the scratches we were to check for dents that were not marked (the marking was so faded it was hard to tell what was marked and what was not marked) . I will never use this facality again nor will I tell anyone else to use it. I will tell them to stay away. I usually have very good service w/u-haul but not at this site.
