Stop giving crappy equipment light switch kept comming out of the dash and the transmission had issues could not take truck out of the towing option ride confort was bad

my experience was a minus 5 My reservation was not entered correctly I reserved for 2/3 it was entered as 3/3. I was then referred to Barry's to pickup truck using the same rates of previous reservation this did not happen I have used Uhaul several times but this was unacceptable service

They charged me for fuel when the truck was fueled already. I called numerous to ask about the charges and no one will return my call and only one person working at this shop is able to answer my questions about charges. Why is only person able to explain charges? I will never rent a u-haul from this facility again.

I had called to make reservation for the truck and I ask if I needed to leave credit card # to hold the reservation and was answered that wasn't necessary. When I went several days later to pick up the truck, the reservation had never been marked down. Fortunately the truck was still available yet. Place seems unorganized as far as how reservations are handled.

Nothing. Everything was what I expected. Truck performed perfectly...was surprised at actual miles per gallon. Made our move easier....because we didnt have to worry about our move vehicle. Thanks very much....kudos to Barry's and their staff.
