Location was perfect. We had only 4 miles to go from one place to another. However, the wait in the morning was terrible. One person working. Took forever to get one customer taken care of was ridiculous. With the amount of people waiting, should have been more customer service help.

I requested the largest enclosed trailer (for which I have an emailed confirmation). I received the next smaller size and had to make an extra round trip on Sunday to complete my move....60 extra miles of gas, 4 hours of extra pay to my worker, and extra meals. Needless to say, U-Haul is not first on my list for future rentals.

Truck was a last minute change due to my reserved truck not being available so it may have been the last one left. Truck was clean and served it's purpose but was very hard to get to start. Every time I needed to start it I had to let it turn over for at least 30-40 seconds before it would fire up and even then I had to pump the gas to keep it running. It was an older model and had ~176,000 miles on it. Service at the U-Haul store was excellent and I would definitely rent there again.

The entire check in and return process is terrible. I felt like I was being tortured during the entire interaction. I frequently use rental cars and that process is a dream in comparison. The van itself was great and clean. The service and processes were horrible. While the guy who checked out the van and did the return seemed fairly inanimate, it was clear he wanted to be helpful and the problem seemed like more a management/ cultural and/ or training problem. This uhaul experience sucked. Did the management change recently? The level of upselling on the website was new to me and was vomitous to experience. I wish I were exaggerating.

The truck was not returned when I went to pick it up and the associate was not at all concerned. I reserved a certain size truck in order to make ONE trip. Offering me a smaller truck that would force me to make TWO trips seems like a scam to get more money for mileage. The truck i reserved ended up being returned right before we left with a smaller truck and the associate huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes when we said we would wait for them to return the truck we originally reserved so we could take it, because God forbid he had to do extra work. When we returned the truck the associate that took the return didn't tell me how many miles or what I was being charged for it until I asked him when he went to confirm my credit card. He had no clue how many miles we were charged for...again, sounds like a convenient scam. Will never ever be using this Uhaul location again. Such a poor experience and horrible customer service.

This was a drop off after hours so I didn't see any personnel but this was one of the cleanest U-haul locations I have ever seen. Actually, to be honest....I have never seen a location nicer than this one. The drop off was self explanatory. Keys in the drop box. I received a receipt in the morning as promised. It was easy breezy. Thanks U-haul

They had double booked the truck and there wasn't one available. The staff made it right by allowing me to use a little larger truck at the same cost. They were very apologetic and made things right for me.

You can fire some employees or at the very least, put them through some type of customer service training course that can hopefully teach them what not to say to customers. When I called to find out why my moving truck wasn't going to be available for the original time I had specified, the woman on the other end actually said there was nothing she could do and that I would have to call all the people that were planning to help me move and tell them to come back later that evening. (the moving truck was scheduled for 8am but U-Haul changed the time to 4pm) WTH!!!

Was disappointed that the staff person indicated that the fuel tank was 7/8 full when it was really 6/8 full. I failed to catch that mistake and was forced to get more gas than I should have in order to prevent the fee.

The pick up and drop off process take far too long. I made a reservation before hand and it saved me no time. I could have just gone to the location and saved myself the time wasted on the reservation.
