We didn't have problems with this location. We had problems with the district office 505-883-8993. They canceled our reservation for the second day because they assumed it was a double booking. I did not receive and e-mail or call or anything. I called them just to make sure everything was ready for the move. I had to call the 800# to file a complaint. Everyone acted like it was our fault that we were upset. They did finally give us a $50 credit for the mistake, that the manager who called me kept saying it was just an honest mistake. We have always used U haul trucks and have spent a lot of money with U haul. I can't believe we have had such bad experiences with the DISTRICT office!!! They are extremely rude. We will not refer or use u haul again. We were very happy with the local office for being so understanding.

The reason why we got a U-Haul trailer was in case it rained. It rained and the roof leaked. My son's computer box got wet, but thankfully the computer still works.

Our equipment was not available even though it had been reserved for over a week. The car dolly was suppose tone brought from El Paso to Las Cruces by uhaul staff but that did not happen. So we had to use equipment that we did not request nor want to use.

we have to wait 5 days to get a triler and we pay hotel for 5 days we drove to las Cruses to get one.that was very expensive deal pluse meals.

Displayed dimensioson outside of ubox are outside dimensions not insde. Most customers want to figure by inside dimensions. This fouled me up, because of a large couch I could not get in. Box said 8 foot when dimension measures less 4 inches.

Adjust the chain length on the trailers so they do not drag on the roadway. My only, and insignificant, comment. Otherwise, everything good.

The overall service was good. The truck was od and felt unsafe to drive at times. The cab light did not work and the wheel on the hand truck I reserved was broken.

I reserved a 17 foot truck and two days before my move was told they didn't have it,then why was it reserved to me. I then had to change my truck to a 14 foot which barely fit my belongings at last minute then to top it off moved my pickup time without any notice. I will never go through Uhaul ever again and make sure my friends know how bad the service was!!!!

I would like a faster Check-in. I had my reservation done ahead of time. But still had to go though a lengthy check in and rental. There is no reason for the attendant to have the paperwork printed, and have equipment already set out for customer at time of appointment. This would easily save 10 minutes of the customer standing around and waiting.

The manager at this location is very rude, uncooperative, and very egotistical. I was looking for a card that wouldn't get declined in my car when he went and returned the uhaul I had reserved to the parking lot. He "assumed" I didn't have the money to rent it.
