call customer ahead of their arrival time to confirm or inform them of changes... we were contacted in route to our pick, that the truck was not there and the location had be changed. make pick up location more convenient to the customer. We had to travel 30 miles to get the truck. Customer rep was kind of rude.
this pushed our move back a whole day, we had to pack the truck, and rush to clean the house the same day the utilities were being shut off. Very frustrating.
