I live in Marlborough and had used storage box in Worcester location. Worcester location was just 10 mins drive for me. They moved my storage box without informing me at Leominster location, and that location was 30 mins drive. This is ridiculous and absolutely rubbish. I drove almost 100 miles too get my storage box to Marlborough from Leominster and none of the Uhaul location was willing to reduce my miles. Technically I shoudn't have been charged since I stored my box at Worcester location and Uhual moved my box without my consent to Leominster location and made me drive additional 70 miles. They shouldn't have charged me additional money to rent Uhaul. Instead of $50 something I ended paying $83 plus $11 gas. I dont know if somebody is going to do anything with this and I am sure you guys are going to just sit on take no action. I was told by Uhual folks at both the locations to just suck it up. I would definitely talk to my credit card company and dispute the charge.

man did not get truck I had to go find it ,,, than got on road the the hood opened so I had to stop and close which it would not close tight , I returned and the man said park there and put the key in box , he never checked the truck ,, advised the amount would be no more than 52.00 I have a amount on my account for 80. and there is one for 11 82 ... this place not good ,,, u put gas in ,,, and they charge u ,,, going to the top with this one ,,

My only complaint is that I had to travel 40 miles round trip when there was a uhaul dealer right in town. I originally made a reservation last Sunday which I feel was more than enough notice to have a truck sent to Gardner. This cost me twice as much as it should have as my move was all in town in Gardner.

You must be very clear when you tell a costumer that for a weeks rental you get up to a certain amount of miles before you are charged and then at the return you tell them that you needed to use up those miles and charged for miles not used. That is insane.

Only 1 employee working on a busy Sunday morning. Waited for more than 20 minutes then left truck as a drop off. They tried to charge me for being late even though I was there with over 30 mins to spare. They logged it in almost two hours later when they got to it not when it was left. Customer service was somewhat helpful but I am still waiting for my credit back to my card. Unprofessional for such a large company!

I had an unresolved question about the warranty of accessories purchased and installed, but the staff was unable to address this issue. I had purchased a replacement combination electrical plug connector within the past 3 years and there was an issue getting the parking lights to work and the mechanic wanted to replace the socket, but no one could tell what the warranty period is supposed to be. I was given the option to purchase another one, but since I had already purchased an adapter I no longer needed upon replacing the socket and had only used them both once, I could not justify it. FIRST SUGGESTION: If you could establish the warranty of the products you sell and educate the staff and therefore the customer, it would be a good idea with no downside. The mechanic finally wiggled the wiring barnes where it plugged into the OEM barnes and it worked fine. It was unfortunate that it was the last thing he checked, but it was fixed and he said that some electrical grease would probably fix the issue, so I'm happy and wasn't even late because I came in early and turned it in the same day instead of the next, so everything is fine. When this issue was resolved, Adam was unable to add a new hitch attachment pin & clip, so I paid cash for it. SECOND SUGGESTION: You might want to fix the point of sale system so the staff can modify purchases before checkout. That is it. Thanks for being there for me!
