Incredibly bad customer service, both over the phone, and in person. I have never had so much difficulty just getting a quote for how much it might cost to rent a cargo van. Then, when I was in the store, picking up the van, the person working was so incredibly rude. She even wanted us to sign off on the paperwork before going out and looking at the van, and seeing its condition. When we suggested that we would like to see it before signing, she said in a rude voice "well, I've never done that before." I didn't have any problems at all when I rented from Enterprise, I think I will just stick with them in the future.

The service was good and the employees were very helpful but the service was quite slow. I had a reservation to pick up my trailer at 11:00am. But when I arrived only two people were in front of me and it still took 45 minutes before I was helped.

Technician did not help me get out of tight parking spot due to a U-haul service truck in way. He left me to maneuver on my own. They left pads off trailer and I had to return in heavy traffic to get pads. Lunch time on Friday is not a good time to pick up a unit from this location. To many distractions like....lunch.

At first I initially received a full pod, but the manager met me at the store so I would not lose a evening of packing. They correct their errors. Very nice to work with.

WE THOUGHT THIS LOCATION WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOUHGTFUL FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CLIENTS SINCE WE WAS UNABLE TO RECIEVE THE TRUCK UNTIL AFTER 2:00 PM AND WAS NOT ABLE TO BRING IT BACK AT THE SCHEDULED TIME BUT WAS NOT CHARGED A LATE FEE .

Outside of knowing the head gentleman over that location,i was very well pleased.From taking my reservation to the pick up of my truck.Very well trained and very respectful to me as customer.I thank you for your time and efforts.To God be all the glory,and blessings over this organization.

The shift/gears were messed up. On my trip to move I could only go 20mph, therefore it took a lot longer than intended. It is a little disappointing when we pay so much yet have a truck that is dangerous.

Get friendly employees. The "hook up guy" was GREAT, but both desk people were rude and didn't care about customers. I watched them handle 3 customers and they were rude to all three.

My reservation was originally booked as a one way trip, and instead arrived to discover that I was expected to return it to the location. They informed me I was expected to have the truck back by 5pm at the desk, only to find that the actual due back time was 4pm.
When I called to inform them that I would be unable to get the truck back on time they threatened to charge me with additional charges because they had already booked the truck to leave at 4:15. Then I find the next day that they charged me 58 dollars for a fuel fee despite the fact that I had filled the tank exactly back to the place it was when I left. They initially indicated that there was half a tank when I signed the papers, but when I got in the truck I noticed the fuel was not at half a tank, but instead about 3-4 gallons less than half. The guy handing over the truck marked the new fuel amount I would be required on a page and had me sign it, but the final receipt indicated I was to fill it up to half.
I called them on Monday only to be immediately referred to customer service. Fortunately the woman at corporate was incredibly helpful and created a ticket to get the money refunded, although I have not yet confirmed it will be refunded to me. through this whole process the people at the location I received the truck at were antagonistic and more interested in getting me out the door rather than trying to find a resolution.

Have them answer the @#$%%^ phone or HIRE someone to answer the $%$%$$ phone. Equipment had dry-rotted tire and had to be replaced prior to rental. (that cost ME 1 hr!) Your call center reps. are not very good at all. I took over 1 hr. and a supervisor to get my reservation correct. I can tell u-haul is doing more with less. It shows!!!
