Was told that my card would only have a hold out on it until I came in after work to pay cash and when I woke up this morning my card infancy had been charged! Not very happy with the service from the moment I stepped thru the door!! Stood around the only person in the business for 5 minutes until someone acknowledged I was there while two people with nobody in front of them typed on the computer!! All they had to say was will be with you in a minute! The general manager Timothy Fedele was the third person I seen and was the one who waited on me! He is also the one who assured me not two but three times my card would only have a hold placed on it when in fact it had been charged! Customer service at its worse in the Lima Uhaul on cable road!!

We were concerned, we might run a bit late to p/u the trailer. However, due to the hours at this location it wasn't a problem. Timothy was very friendly and very helpful. He had the trailer all cleaned and ready to go when we arrived. He went over the contract with us and answered the questions we had very professionally. Timothy, then went out with us and hooked up the trailer the way they like it to be, he made sure the lights were all working, and gave the hitch another check to insure it was snug. We were very pleased with the service we received and the condition of the trailer. I would recommend this location very highly!! A big Thank You to Timothy!!

The wait to rent and to drop off was terrible. It seems more help was needed at both locations. At both the pick up and drop off, the staff was excellent, friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

On more than one occasion, I have called to reserve a van. I have had to switch to a 10 ft. truck which is more than I needed and cost more money. Today it cost me $30.00 more than I would have had to pay, if I had gotten the van. I almost feel like it is a "bait and switch". I will not be letting myself be switched to something more than I need again.
