I rent trucks here almost every week and never had an issue with anything until today. The fuel was entered incorrectly when I picked the truck up. The paperwork showed truck with a full tank. I didn't think anything of it since it usually has a full tank. I filled the truck back up right next door to the Uhaul center. The truck took 28.7 balloons of fuel. I only drove 53 miles so there is no way I used 28 gallons of fuel. I would like to be compensated for my expense on the error with the fuel level that was indicated on my paper work

I made my reservation on line. Your traffic office need to improve cuz they never call me back to confirm my reservation at all. So I had to stop by branch to confirm. Candice (Manager) at 3195 Hwy 9 East she was exellent service.

They did a good job with a tough situation having their gate rammed. One guy especially driving the fork lift was awesome when he moved some things around so we can bring in the vehicle to the storage unit and he was also very nice to my 5 year old son.

I reserved car dolly online on 7/4/15 to pick up at N. Myrtle Beach location at 11:00. When I arrived they were closed with a note taped to the door stating they were closed 7/5/15 plus there was no car dolly at this location and I was not notified of the change in pick up location. Cost me an extra hour in driving. I indicated online to notify me by phone and provided my cell # but was not contacted.

Very pleasant every time I talked with them. Not one problem!!! The truck was sitting outside all ready to go at 7:00 a.m. The truck had low mileage and did great on I-95. Easy to return with 3 drop off sites around. I would highly recommend the Litlle River, S.C. Location.

Checked on what equipment I needed but they provided bad info as the equipment did not work... of course after 40 miles away and neither the dealer or 800# would answer!!!!!! When I finally got through 800# he said to return and get a full refund and he'd start a complaint to try to recoup other expenses for wasted trip........ manager not there when arrived and no refund...... HORRIBLE customer service!

This complaint has nothing to do with your locations. Look at the file 90596728. We went thru emotional and financial stress due to the inconsistency of your company. Look at my letter. Joseph Pettis gave us a credit so we could get a mover last minute because the one your rep booked for us never showed up. Then a Steve Berman denied it. What kind of company operates like that. Because Joseph gave us the credit we were able to a mover at a prime price to pull us out of the mess you guys put us in. If Joseph was wrong it should have been taken care of without getting us involved. You take the loss as most large honorable companies would have and correct the mistake so it doesn't happen again. Also we were never told it was overturned...I went on my credit card statement to check on a credit from Dish who screwed up too. The difference is they were honorable and honest and the credit was there. I asked a rep today to have Steve Berman's supervisor call. me at 8434554181. I expect a call. The way to improve service is to show honesty & integrity and from this episode you have a long way to go. Peter Thomas

The truck that I received had a very strong smell of smoke throughout the vehicle and there was thick dog hair covering the middle seat - it clearly had not been cleaned after the last use. We are non smokers and the smoke smell was so bad that we had to drive our entire trip with the windows open (as opposed to the AC) in 90 degree heat. When I reported this to the agent, she simply replied with "yup." I would have rather been offered another truck or a discount of some sort. Beyond the cleanliness, the experience was fine.

i left the tank in 1/2 just like i got it and they said it was left 3/8 full..sad thing is i went right to the Hess station next door and put 10$ of gas in the truck and i didnt even drive it but 25 miles. i feel like someone is trying to rob me. probably wont be using this uhaul again

I am not sure how scheduling online saved any time. I had to answer all the same questions when I got there to pick up the vehicle. I also had to swipe my card which was already provided online. I was asked if I needed any other equipment and according to my online order I also needed a dolly. She did ask if I needed any thing else for my order and I did reiterate that a dolly would be needed. I left the location, got back to my home, and the dolly was not in the truck. Typically, when I have ordered a UHaul the dolly is already in the truck. Even when I left the location , the woman never said anything about taking a dolly. So, I had to go back to the location and pick it up. Once I was done with the vehicle I dropped it back off at the location. The same woman helped me, but again, was not very friendly. I work with clients all day and if I had as little customer service as the woman I dealt with today, my clients would not be very happy with me. I was hoping for a better experience.
