The pick up staff was really rude. She talked about customers outside calling them names and laughed about their card declining. She was not helpful when I asked about charges and drop off time

The manager at this location would not give her name but was very rude stating that she could not help me because I had signed a contract stating that I would be responsible for paying a "mile overage fee". She refused to refund my money and also refused to take responsibility for not having the customer courtesy to inform myself or future customers about the mile overage fee in the contract. The manager at this location was not helpful and hung up the phone on me and my fiancé on separate phone calls. When your employees KNOW that the trip will be longer than 73miles they should have the common decency to inform the customer there will be additional fees. I have used Uhaul in the past and everything went fine however I seriously doubt I will use it again or recommend to any of my friends mainly because of the terribly poor treatment by the manager at the Uhaul on Kanis Road in Little Rock, AR.

People were rude,they screwed me on the motorcycle trailer.they gave me the wrong one and when I told them they gave me the only one available.it was not the one I reserved I'm pissed off!!!

When we left after loading the truck, the headlights wouldn't come on...then they started flashing finally they stayed on steady but truly candle light...basically drove by street light. Also brake n steering noise. This one may b ready for retirement.

Uhaul employees should go out and check the gas and mileage; NOT the customer. I had to go out and get this information. That's not appropriate. Also, customers should be told what time the truck should be returned. I was called after 1 saying the truck should have been returned at 1 and another customer was waiting. I call them back when I'm headed there around 130and they told me that I could have kept the truck until 230pm. However, that morning, I was simply asked if I would be bringing the truck back today with no time requirements.

i made an express reservation online and it was anything BUT express! There were 2 people working the desk, then one disappeared for at least 30 minutes, so only one was left. The one who disappeared left her customer standing there-she may have been checking on something for him since she charged him twice for the rental. He paid cash and they debited his bank account. She argued with him about it and then disappeared. When it was our turn, we checked out and the man helping us told us he would bring out the pads and help us with the trailer-AFTER he helped the 5 other people who came in while we were waiting to be checked out. We went outside and someone from the shop area came out & he was VERY helpful & nice. He said we needed an adaptor for the lights & my son went back inside to pay for one. The man got the trailer hooked up to out suburban & noticed we needed a piece to fit over the hitch into the hitch holder. He went to see if he had one that fit & he did. I went in to pay for this & my son was still in line to pay for the light adaptor- 3 customers back STILL. The first man never came out with our pads or helped at all. It took ONE HOUR and we had the EXPRESS reservation! They should have more workers or help one customer completely before going to the next one. Then they over charged me for the insurance and told me I would be refunded part of it when I turned it in. When I returned to the store yesterday, the general manager told me I would nit get any money back and that the Tulsa people and his own employee were both wrong. He told me the only way to get any money back was to file a complaint. I felt sorry for the customer that got charged twice & I really did not like the way we were treated. I can't believe the general manager was argumentative with me yesterday either. I tried to be polite about it and he just got irritated when I pointed out that his own employee told me I would get a refund after he told me whatever I paid for and was told at his shop was what I would get, but he refused to refund me the money for the insurance. He did calm down and tell me he had to have paperwork from U Haul from a complaint to process a refund. That is all he had to do instead of argue with me about what everyone told me before and when I rented the trailer. I would definitely NOT recommend this shop to anyone. Also, the employee who checked us out first (& never showed up with the pads or came out to help) also told me that anything I bought could be returned where I dropped off if I didn't use/open it. This wasn't true either as I didn't open the bungee cords & tried to return them at the drop off location. They would not refund my money & told me I had to go to a U Haul Center.

This location didn't have any trucks available just a pickup that I went ahead and got bcuz I needed to move some stuff just had to make more trips which cost more, wouldn't have cost more if they had a 10'truck available but I got done what I needed that's all that counts.

On your online application drop off location is optional. It can be made more user friendly so below mention issue can not arise again. when asked at location they told us it is not possible to give you the truck you selected(10Ft). Store is giving us 20 ft truck which is not acceptable to me. And as I had some pick up scheduled with 10 ft I have to spend more time and money to drop the truck back to same location.

Had problem with return. Filled tank to full but truck showed 3/4.had gas ticket but agent argued with me. Drove only 6.4 miles on day rental. Added 3 gal. Agent wanted to charge me will filling.

I pointed out a milage error on my paperwork before I took vehicle and it was manually fixed on paperwork but still got charged that milage anyway. please, no cheating. I even put more gas in van than required.
