The trailer had a notice posted inside that offered $15 for returning the trailer clean. The dropoff place said they didn't know anything about it and said I needed to contact the pickup place. When I did, they said they did't know anything about it either.

Get a new Gm. She is rude and very disrespectful. Not only was I disappointed in the service my feelings were completely hurt. My chest unit had wasp and my second unit is infested with roaches. She wouldn't return my calls and once she did she was very rude

I reserved a truck online where they give options for a pick up location yet I still had to drive an extra 20-25 miles to pick up the truck at a location other than the one I selected. They shouldn't give you options, they should just tell you the nearest location to pick up the truck size you requested or transfer that truck to the location you selected. It's kinda misleading and disappointing.

Movers were 30 minutes late. Received a voicemail from the original mover that he was ill. This is OK, but the call should have come much earlier. If an apt is scheduled at a certain time, the mover/s should be at the location on time.

When I first booked the uHaul over the phone from the home office they put me down for a Round Trip rental which was $126 rather than a standard in town rental which was around $46. The ladies at the location made sure that this was fixed when I asked them why my rental was so high. The only problem is that I still haven't be credited back the $80 from the $126 to the $46. I would like to know when I can expect that to show up on my bank account.

Attitude from associates when renting truck, argued with me about my reservation (when I had it pulled up on my phone right in front of me). Truck was sticky and dirty, the inside was soaking wet, had to dry it out before loading furniture. Brakes squealed and barely stopped.

My particular truck, a 26' unit, had two problems - there was a short in the dashboard lighting, and the low-beam headlights were not aimed properly. I also think you should include some kind of estimate of what the fuel cost will be to drive a fully-loaded truck pulling a 12-foot trailer 800 miles. I was totally blindsided by the magnitude of this significant expense. I realize that variations in load, terrain and driver habits affect mileage, but just having a ballpark range (like the estimated energy usage of appliances) would have helped me plan better. Perhaps you could include a simple thermometer-style indicator with the rental contract.

The charges for dollies etc should be eliminated. Also, charging .99 a mile is ridiculous. State workers don't even reimbursed for .99 a mile. We get half of that!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I reserved a truck at the location. When I went to pick it up I was told that it was not available and was "the call center's fault." The staff was exceptionally unprofessional. After leaving I called the 1-800 number and told them. I was advised to go back & tell them that I was going to pick up a larger truck at the same price. The larger truck wouldn't work because of the incline at the house I was moving to. I took the truck anyway. Although I paid more for an appliance dolly it was not included. On numerous times throughout the ordeal I called the location only to listen to an incessant ring with no answer. Finally after getting past the incompetent staff I reached the district manager who attempted to resolve the matter. He did issue a $50 credit, but I had to call 3 times before it was credited. I will say in his defense he stated he had had a family emergency. Overall the experience was absolutely horrible. I would spend twice the amount to move with another company in the future instead of dealing with the horrors of U-Haul again.

The location was not far from the interstate and was easily accessible. The pick-up and drop-off was simple, thanks to the well organized parking lot, processing technology, and helpful staff. When I dropped the UHAUL off the next day, a staff member was waiting and had me ready to leave within 3 minutes. He even helped me carry a load! THANK YOU and GODBLESS.
