Try and keep the renters of the storage area parked so other can access the yard. Had to wait a while until others would move to get the car dolly out.

When we dropped the trailer off at the Albuquerque uhaul location, the employee there told us the uhaul in little rock was not suppose to charge us for the hitch or the light extension they were suppose to provide us with this trailer rental. The only reason I would not recommend them is because they made us buy the additional equipment the company was to supply per the drop off uhaul place in new mexico.

Not use old equipment for long hauls. The vehicle oils light constantly came on. Had to stop every two hundred miles to check oil level. I noticed your competition on te highways had newer and cleaner equipment.

The desk people were friendly and helpful. I do believe there to be some dishonesty among the staffers. I only drove 25 miles but was billed for almost125 miles. I had to spend an additional 30-45 minutes on the phone to clear up the matter only to have them say that the workers made a mistake and put an extra 100 miles. I don't buy that it was an honest mistake. I wonder how many people actually check they receipt when they are moving. We are normally so busy and focused with everything else. I will not rent from this location again. I will let me friends know and put this on social media that this location is unscrupulous.

I arrived from Tucson, AZ right at closing time and the gentleman that helped me, worked after his normal shift was over so I could drop the trailer that evening. I had to start a new job the next morning and he allowed me to store my things and told me to come in the next evening and sign my contract. Great service!!

/They locked us in and cost us over an hour of our time trying to get out of there. They closed at 7 and not one single employee came out to ask us about when we'd be done. They just closed up and left us alone with no way out. This shows a total lack of responsibility on the part of all your employees. I was a business owner for thirty-five years, and anyone who worked for me that acted so badly towards the customers, was fired immediately.

If we say we don't need a dolly or pads, would be nice not to have them attached to the inside of the truck, taking up much needed room! Other than that issue, was !00% happy with everything.

The only thing I have to say is that the truck listed that it was large enough for 3 bedrooms. I didn't even have 2 complete bedrooms and my stuff did not all fit. I had to leave some stuff behind and give it away. Not happy about that...

I will not use uhaul again, the totals shown on line are not real. I have learned that uhaul has independent owned locations which provide much better service and prices!!! I rented a truck and used for 2.5 hrs and it cost me $100.00 plus gas, this is crazy!!!! Never again..

Please teach your reps to interact with customers who try to wait patiently in line. When it's hectic, just say something like, "I'll be with you folks in a moment. Sorry for your wait." or something reassuring. Don't just ignore their agony and put on blinders. Place a seating area in there for people with pain issues. Or better yet, use a numbering system, especially on Fridays. This can allow for seating and people being called in the proper order. Clean up the check-in area and stop trying to sell so much STUFF. Place your customers' comfort first then add around all the stuff. Visited Friday, March 27, 2015, and waited patiently for my turn. I overlooked standing around 30 minutes in line. I overlooked the rep who was assisting a man with issues allowing the man to go to his car for several minutes, yet never saying to customers in line that Uhaul was sorry for our inconvenience (some kind of computer glitch). I overlooked on of the guys on the floor going to the people BEHIND me and assisting them first. Then when it was my time to be waited on, I wasn't called up there. So I went up myself. The rep was continually distracted by another rep who didn't know what she was doing on the computer/register. Then he takes a phone call and tells the caller that he's waiting on a customer in line. Then he listens to the customer and says, "okay, let me take care of you". That did it! I shouted, "No. I'm next!" Good grief!! After that, the rep was more attentive and very nice. Checking back in wasn't as bad. We were met at the vehicle and didn't have to go back into the hell hole. There needs to be more people working there (up front) or something. Maybe I just came on a bad day and it USUALLY runs more smoothly. But my God, better something is needed. I'd rather pull out my front and back teeth than go through another Uhaul experience anytime soon.

I did not like the pads and dolly being attached to the truck that I rented. I paid for space and you took up needed space with u wanting to make more money. I would have rented them if I needed them, but couldn't remove them or I would be charged. They shouldn't be in the trucks if we say no. If I ever use u again, I will demand the sales pitch, be removed be we take the truck off the lot.

Your reservation and record system is even a hindrance to your own dealers. Dealers on both ends had trouble with your technology. It wasted my time.
