It seems as though the general manager of this location has a lack of customer relations skills and had expressed an attitude towards me because I had to contact his superior because of a lack of reservation fulfillment. The only reason I gave an average rating is because of the assistant manager and his level of absolute professionalism in assisting me with my issue and being very polite about it.

The truck's engine was inadequate to pull the trailor and car. We had problems with the overdrive remaining engaged. Even after the mechanic replaced the oxygen sensor, the truck had difficulty maintaining a speed above 45 mpg. The customer service telephone representative insisted that there was a tow/haul button on the gear shift. There was not. This was further indication that we had been assigned a vehicle that was inadequate to pull the load.

Truck needed a front end alignment really bad. The guy who checked me in tried to overcharge me on mileage. Quickly told me I didn't have to go in. He had it all taken care of. He didn't know I had read it 2 blocks the street at gas station. When I confronted him he went back but didn't want me to see it. Started making excuses about the glare. Said i had been charged for blankets and 2 wheeler but my ticket had credit for something else. Log your mileage, especially ladies. He was going to intentionally cheat me!!!!!!!

Stop flat out lying to the customers. I was unsatisfied with the overall experience. They changed the pickup to this location and sent me a text message, email message, and made a phone call. I spoke with them over the phone, but they failed to inform me that they changed my pick-up location. I was driving from Dallas, only to find out that the original location that I picked, stated that they didn't have the truck that I needed and sent me to this location. They could have told me when they called; I'm not checking my texts or email while driving. I get to the location and asked for extra milage, because I was already lost in Arkansas and needed it to make sure that I wasn't charged anymore for milage, then I was told that I call customer service to request extended miles only to be told that the manager could have done it and asked to speak to the manager who in turned assured me that he would do everything in his power to help me. My invoice had a price of $402.00 at this point. I left because I was upset and didn't act out at all. My bother assured me that he would help with the overages and informed me that they would only be able to help me, then. We'd come too far and had no where else to go, on such short notice. So I went back and apologized for my leaving. I was told by the manager that he had to re-enter me in the system. The ending price at this time was $430.18. I enquired, why so much, he stated that it was because of the gas milage and then told me and my brother that they would reduce the price by $22.00 if I bring the tank back on a fourth of a tank. I asked, so I will be getting $22.00 back ? He said yes, the will refund $22.00 back to you if your return the truck on one-fourth a tank instead of the one-eighth of a tank that we are giving it to you on. Upon drop-off of the vehicle I was informed that I was already credited the $22.00. I was very dissatisfied with the deception on the part of your employees, but I guess they must be groomed to scam the customers because they did it with a smile on their face and a reassuring empathetic tone.

This Uhaul experience was absolutely horrible. Had nothing to do necessarily to do with the location. Placed my truck rental order on Sunday online. Usually by Tuesday I receive a phone confirming my order. This time I heard nothing, no phone call, so I assumed my order was as I ordered it. Show up at the place where I requested pick-up (2 miles from my house) and there was no truck there. They called about it and said the order had been picked up at another location in Little Rock (10 miles away, but inconvienent). Turns out that location didn't have the truck either so they sent me waaaaaay on the other side of town to get the truck and then tried to argue with me that I didn't deserve the $50 reservation guarantee discount, bc no one called me to confirm my reservation. Not my fault no one called me. Needless to say it was extremely inconvenient having to drive all the way across town to get it, and then I had to have my wife drive me all the way back across there after work to retrieve my vehicle. Piss poor work by U-Haul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Baseline location was outstanding! They tried to make right our horrible experience at the White Hall location and the Benton location. We will definitely use the baseline location, if we ever move again.

I reserved a 26ft truck from a BENTON location. I get a call saying I have to drive 17 miles away to pick up a 24ft truck in Little Rock. If a truck is not available then you shouldn't allow people to reserve it. I also feel like it is U Hauls responsibility to bring whatever truck is available to the SAME location in which the reservation is for. It should be the responsibility of U Haul to move trucks around for the customer instead of the customer having to waste their gas/Miles on both personal and rental vehicles to drive further away to pick up a truck. Have the store bring the truck to that location for the customer and then drop off at the same spot. If the truck is assigned to a certain store, that store should have someone available to take the truck where it needs to go and then come pick it back up after. It's not the customers fault nor responsibility to make up for the lack of trucks. All in all I will NEVER use Uhaul or recommend u haul to anyone. Worst moving truck experience I have ever had.
