Manager for check out not too friendly no passion in approach and just monotone in speech. Kind of felt like he was being bothered doing his job. Had the most contact with him never smiled as very grumpy. Vehicle check out poorthe mirror was loose as a goose and had to adjusted .Vehicle not ready the men outside pleasent and cooperative.

I was an hour late on returning the tow dolly and I thought I was going to be charged a full day. The person that met me when I pulled had no idea how to handle that situation. Fortunately someone else came out and ending up charging me 8 plus days. Come on uhaul can do better.

I was told I could return the equipment to any u haul dealer. There were four or five in the immediate Katy Texas vicinity. I started calling them and they did not take returns. I wasted more than one hour on the internet and making phone calls trying to find a place to return the trailer. I had only one hour left to get it back and did not appreciate the stress. I should have just been given a place to return it.

I'm not the typical person that leaves bad feedback but felt this was deserved. I picked up my trailer Friday morning, once outside in the area I was supposed to pick it up I got out and installed my hitch. I stood there for a solid 2 minutes wondering what was going on. I noticed a guy standing behind me by what looked to be like me trailer, pants hanging off him and looking partially homeless. I approached him and asked if I was supposed to know he was there and if that was my trailer to which he responded, just back up. Was I supposed to know? He hooks up the trailer, goes over nothing with me and has me sign the slip for the trailer. I drive home 20 minutes. I finish packing a few hours later and go to grab one of my dollies to start loading, none in the trailer as ordered and paid for. I look to see if the 3 dozen pads are there, nope. I decide to drive back to pick them up as I wouldn't have ordered them if I didn't need them. I arrive and inform them the that the trailer was empty when I got home. The apologized and gave me the stuff I paid for. Overall poor experience. Pay attention to what you are doing, we all get busy at work. Screwing up entirely is just a matter of having the wrong people working for you.

The gentleman who greeted us & got us checked in was very accommodating and informative. By time our check in was completed the store was closing in 15 minutes. We went to unload and the lock had not yet been removed from our unit. I went back to the gate, which was broken, and asked a guy taking out trash to relay that we couldn't get in to our unit. He never returned. When I went to see what was going on, he was getting in his car to leave. I asked another woman who was also getting in her car and she said, "I'm off. Sorry". I'm stuck behind a gate I can't get out of because our code didn't work either, with 2 vehicles worth of stuff to unload into a locked unit, and the associates abandoned us because their work day was over. Completely unprofessional. Luckily the gentleman who checked us in noticed us having trouble before he left and sent another nice man to assist us. He fixed the code glich and unlocked our unit, but we waited over 30 minutes back there to be ignored. I understand the end-of-day burn out, however, these associates need a swift kick reminder about what a good work ethic is.

From when I paid to when to when I got my trailer was over 28 minutes, this wasn't the worst it took over 10 minutes to talk to someone at the counter, I stopped in once to rent a truck and a young kid said they were all out, I could see 5 from the window he said there was a reservation, (yes said one) so I couldn't rent one, I went home got online and called the store, no one answered I got transferred to a call center, the guy was great however, I then had to wait again for someone to call me to make sure the reservation was there, I then drove back to the same location I was at a little over an hour ago, and entered the store wait the little more then 10min tot talk to someone then the manager had to step away to tell someone to move the boxes so you could drive around the store, this is part of the customer drop off and drive through clockwise, why on earth was this blocked by multiple storage crates?? after that I piad and then he had to deal with something else, very slowly very very slowly, then he radioed someone which was very annoying because one was left turn on loud on the counter near the employee exit to the back, head sets should be used, one employee mark had them, he should be the manager not the terrible customer service I got from the actual manager one of the worse service ive ever had. then a little over 28min later I got the trailor waited to get it hooked up and left. the return service was good, mark helped me out again unhooking it quickly. however it took almost a day to get my receipt emailed to me....... anyway a 1 on a scale of 1-10 like a holycow!! have some random STORE VISTS were they don't know ahead of time. I would tell anyone who asked to go anywhere but there. sorry terrible experience, and ive had good ones from uhaul in the past :(

Customer service was personable all though the truck was NOT checked out before given to me. 1/2 tank gas. 2 quarts low on oil No windshield washers fluid and the squiter both were off wiper blades , noticed after picked up and brought home. We had to go back (10 miles ) get oil , washer fluid and gas. No fun also was charged 40bucks when I returned it with the same amount of gas. That was noted buy young man and noted on paperwork but not in computer so I gentleman I returned it to had to charge me $40 I'm not happy about that at all!!!
