The truck that they gave me is ready for the junk yard. First of all I went to pick the truck up at the location and they had the truck I needed but sent me to another place to pick up a different truck. This truck had the mirror falling off and wrecked all down the side. The brakes did not work without standing up on them. Did I mention we were taking this truck 700 miles loaded down with no brakes. I would not recommend U haul to anyone, with this experience.

Probably the best U-Haul location I have used to date. They met me when I drove on the lot guiding me to the drop off place. The staff was extremely helpful in correcting an additional charge that was incorrect from the pickup location as well. David the manager and Janell were particularly helpful in correcting the invoice and completing the return! Great Place to rent from!

Staff was very friendly to customers, however, the manager on duty was at the front counter coaching (for the lack of a better term) another employee in front of everyone. I don't feel like it was necessary to have that kind of conversation in from of other employees and customers.

Get all quotes in writing, because everyone you talk with will tell you a different story. A employee on my latest rental charged me for a day and told me that I was set to go just bring it back in one piece, it didn't mater if it was 2 am in the morning, he was only going to charge me for one day ..... well that was crap, My credit card was charged for an additional day without my permission Very disappointed with the extra charges, I was on a fixed budget to make a delivery to San Antonio,TX, I had quoted to my customer what I was told by the U-Haul employee, Then my charges are double .... this causes me to loose money on my delivery ... I will never use this location again, In-fact I will do everything I can to use a different provider before using U-Haul period,

Trailer was covered in red dirt, had rocks all in it, the straps were stuck because it looked like they had never been lubricated. I cleaned the ramps, trailer, and oiled the straps.

Got a car hauler and went in to the office to pay and the employee hooked up the trailer I came back to test the lights and he said I was good I loaded Up the trailer and it came off the ball and smashed into my truck. For a company that rents trucks and trailers. And is their job to hook them up and they can't do that right If that would have came off on the interstate and hurt someone some one would get sued over that. I'm not impressed with the service and I feel I deserve a full return if not half. I've rented the same trailer 3 times in a month. And I don't trust your employees to do a simple task.

Reserved a 20 ft trailer and got 17ft. This made me have to make a second trip to move all my things. Had a few book shelves that would not fit which I had to drive back to get. Had I been given what I reserved. This would not have happened.

The truck I rented was a brand new truck. These trucks should come with an audio jack or cd player. I drove 1,000 miles listening to the radio - no one should ever have to live through that.

When I first went here to rent a unit I was told that it was air conditioned & heated but within the last month I was told that they just had humidifiers. Now I'm worried about my candles will melt!

We gave our measurements but we got a trailer that had a smaller opening then what we were loading when we called customer service she was rude and hung up on me said it was after hours and someone maybe would help me the next day but she wasn't sure if they would because I had asked if there was another place to trade the trailer in cause I was far from my house and stranded there unless I trade it in that night she said I don't know you can call someone tomorrow there is nothing she can do and click. I was very disappointed and felt stranded we ended up turning around and not even getting the item we came for. Just a waste of money and time and gas.

The windshield was filthy, loaded with bugs. Overall the vehicle was OK. Inside clean, fairly comfortable seats but I am dumbstruck that a company as big as U-Haul, putting trucks in the hands of people who rarely drive trucks, does not have rear facing cameras. Also, the trucks are automatics, how about cruise control?! After all, we're driving these things hundreds of miles often. Better lighting, like LED strips in the cargo area would also be a smart idea. Come on U-Haul, get with the 21st century!!!

I called Saturday to reserve a truck. Was told over the phone that I didn't have to have hardly any on my account at that time. Man over the phone ensured me that'd be ok and I could pay cash at no time did he tell me about $100 deposit for paying cash. I showed up at the U Haul with only cash in my pocket. Now I'm a single father and have to be moved out by Monday. I work two jobs to support my two children. The store manager I cannot remember his name, was rude right off the bat. I explained my situation doing everything I could not to cry. All I had on me was the cash in my pocket which was only $100 enough to rent a truck and put gas in the truck. Not enough to put a deposit which I was not told about until I showed up at the U Haul place. The manager sought to belittle me by telling me that is your policy and I should have known that. Kimberly the lady waiting on me tried her best to make sure I was being handled properly. I'm an ex cop and ex fireman starting over and never would have believed anybody would be treated like I was. Kimberly kept me calm and help me where the truck by using my mothers credit card. The manager all he had to do was the exact same thing. Instead he wanted to quote the store policies and tell me over and over how was my fault that I do not have $100 deposit. I have rented from this U Haul company several times, however this will be my last time renting from there. Now I showed back up at 2:55pm 5 minutes before due time and he was already trying to charge my mother's card. Once I got waited on found out that it was 82.45 I was shocked. Then again he began to belittle me about I shold have knew this prior. I told him he needed have better customer service. To treat anyone like is un called for and there was no reason for this. No it is not completely his fault. The phone operator did not explain cash rentals. However this man behavior was uncalled for. I hope he gets some customer service training soon.
