You guys make customer check the car before rent. That's ridiculus. If the customer miss damages on the car and has no insurance, you guys are trying to fuck us up. This makes no sense at all. Please change the policy that i said above and make the customer convinient. Thanks

We asked for a newer uhaul since we were driving to AZ. The rep informed us it was one that could take the drive. About 30 minutes onto the freeway the speedometer would stay at 75 miles an hour. When you pressed on the breaks it would not change. The uhual would slow down but we didn't know how fast we were going. It felt unsafe. We called to tell them the situation. They said they would note the account. Then about another hour into the drive when we would try to press on the gas it would not give. We called again to inform uhual of the situation. They offered us to call for assistance or we could drive to AZ and then speak to a manager about a refund. When we got to AZ, the manager there said that was not true and we needed to speak to the office in CA. We called them and was told we would receive a follow up call from them and so far we have not. I feel like we have been passed off and I would not want to rent from uhual again unless this mater was taken care of professionally. We felt it was an unsafe experience and was given misinformation about the proper protocol of our situation.

to improve customer experience, my advice would be to focus on the customer in front of you. One of the employees decided to intervene in a conversation between me and another employee while conducting business with a customer in front of her, which ended up causing a scene between me and her with about 8 other customers waiting. Her focus was to attempt to be "helpful", but had her end up looking disorganized, rude, and unfit for personal service when it comes to customer service. She needs to placed in a call center where she will be allowed to answer all questions, since that's what she likes to do versus handling and supporting the customer that it directly in front of her. Poor service on her part, excellent service on everyone elses.

I must go on record and tell you about the excellent customer service I got at Uhaul. First your check in process is quick and easy. After I returned my truck I realized my cll phone was dead, so I couldn't call for a ride. But your sales girl w qick to u to go across he street to the drug store to buy a cheap charger. And when I returned she was kind enought to take my phone and charge it for me so that I was able to call for a ride. Thank you so much. A++++

I would not recommend this location to a friend because it does not have an after-hours drop off. Also, customer service and communication is overall lacking. I was displeased to learn that I had been given a much earlier drop-off time than was actually true. I rented at 10:30am on a Sunday and was told I needed to have the truck back by 4:30pm the same day, at the latest. If I did not have it back by then, I would be charged an additional day. Of course there was no way I could load and unload the 17 foot truck in 6 hours so I planned my Sunday and Monday accordingly - since I would be charged an additional day past 4:30pm on Sunday anyway, I didn't rush to pack on Sunday night and took the day off work on Monday. When I called Monday afternoon to let them know I would be returning the truck soon, they told me it had been due at 11am that morning - apparently I had been given 24 hours of rent time. I didn't have to return it at 4:30pm on Sunday like I had been originally told. The issue is this: If I had been told the correct drop-off time from the start, I would have loaded and unloaded Sunday night, been finished in time to return the truck on Monday at 11am, and would not have had to pay the extra day for the equipment and miss a day of work. Aside from that, the return was painless. I was helped by Isaiah and he is the only reason I would consider this location as anything better than below average.

You can not fix what is not broken. The service that I experienced was exemplary; fast, professional and although I was forced to keep the truck a second day the overall rental cost was still very reasonable. The truck was uneventful. Thank you U-Haul.

No one was at this location when I went to pick up my uhaul. Had to call customer service where they redirected me to another location but was located further therefore I had to pay more for mileage. When I called this location to receive my $50 guarantee I never received a call back. I was extremely disappointed with the service, having a set back on the morning of moving is the last thing I want. I will not be using any services from uhaul in the future.

I waited over an hour for a truck which delayed my entire move. It was a very frustrating situation, but I do understand it was the customer who brought it in late. However, as I was waiting for the truck I asked several times if I could just use one of the many trucks at the location and I was told they were not one way trucks. Once again, I understand that each truck has its own purpose; however, you can imagine how frustrating it would have been for you if you'd been waiting for over an hour while other customers walk right in and rent a truck in approximately 10 minutes time. I feel if the equipment is there and the customer is there, if it is not reserved, the store could've worked with me a little.

I had my rental allmost a month so i was in there quit a bit to pay the bill so I got to see alot.There were times when it was a little understaffed but when it was happening they delt with it very well. Other than that over all it was excellent. Staff was very professional and equipment was reliable and up to date.

The parking lot was a mess; hard to pull the truck in with vehicles parked every which way. Also, the doors to the store were still open (even though it was just a little past closing time -- 10 minutes maybe). Close the doors if you're closed. Otherwise, let me come in and check in my truck. Also, there were a lot of unsavory looking people loitering in the parking lot; at least a dozen.

The young lady that was working the register was not only very helpful and very charming but she was also, visibly, a hard working employee. If she is not part of the management team she really needs to be. The young man outside, who was also swamped with customers was a fast and efficient worker. I used to avoid this location because of past experiences with lazy, inattentive employees who didn't seem to care if they were doing a good job or not. It seems now that this location has done a complete 180. In fact my experience here was so good that I went directly to Yelp to give them a 5 star review. Keep up the good work. PS: The two employees there were so good that when we returned the truck we caught them cleaning the sidewalk area in their downtime, as opposed to just idling around. Superb employees!

Great Customer service and very friendly and helpful staff, even after I arrived late because of terrible traffic. They even gave me ideas for packaging very complicated artwork, and also shortcuts around downtown to avoid traffic and how to park the truck. Thank you team!
