I was guaranteed a 17ft truck. When I arrived there they did not have it. They had a 15ft truck and asked us if that was ok. Of course we has no choice but to say yes because we had to move on the 27th. We would take whatever they had. Then I told them my insurance covered moving trucks yet they charged me for insurance which I was not aware of. Finally when we returned the truck and talked to them about it they said the uhaul "guarantee" did not apply because we purchased insurance and we received a truck. They ended up giving us a $10 credit but not honoring their guarantee. Horrible. Will not go there again. Had my father-in-law not been available with his can we would have had to make multiply trips in order to move everything all because they did not have the .

I was charged for a heavy duty dolly that was never put in! I had to pay a few guys to help me move my fridge in by hand because they closed at 6pm so I couldnt go back to pick one up. I have called 3 times already, twice was promised they would adjust the charge and one more time I was supposed to have a manager call me back! Still no call and still over charged! I am very very dissatisfied and am ready to file a charge back!

Better customer service (e.g., employee/staff friendliness, better/increased employee present to attend to customers). There was only ONE employee present (both times we went to your store) to attend & provide customer service = long line, long wait, and not attended in a timely manner.

Customer service was excellent. Was a very busy Sunday but we were handled expeditiously. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rentals seem to go fast, call ahead first and make a reservation well before you need the truck. Its also best to call and confirm the truck is there.

there was a gentlemen there that provided horrible service. He asked if I needed help but I think it was just protocol because he really didn't seem to want to help me. I informed him that I wanted to rent a truck and he said they were all rented out without even checking the computer. I asked if he knew of a location near by and he said no they were all booked too, again without checking the computer. After I asked a few times he walked over to the computer and checked only to inform me that there is a truck in pick rivera but I had to hurry. I asked him about the trucks that are being turned in if we could rent those or the ones sitting outside and he said no. That those were already booked and being picked up. So as I was leaving I got into the uhaul website and to my surprise, was able to book a uhaul at their location for that very moment. But I thought they didn't have any trucks??? Horrible customer experience.

Get rid of people with no customer skills like Robert Rennie. I had an issue with the truck it had a lock and Murillo who was there did not give me the key so I had to go back because the person with the truck was already at the place to start loading. I got back ask Murillo about the key and she did not move to give it to me. I ask Robert Ronnie who, instead of fist of all saying sorry about this inconvenience I will give you the key, he had to throw a 2 year kid tantrum and went across the street to attend another person and make waste another 30 minutes of my valuable time not adding the other 30 minutes I waited in line before to, after that come back to the office and give the key. Why he did not do that the first time after all it was Murillo's mistake for not unlocking the truck she works doing that and anyways I paid for the service it was not something I got for free. Sadly nobody learns Human Skills or Common sense at a College either people are born whit them or not. What a disrespectful way to treat a Senior Women, perhaps Robert Rennie forgot he is going to be an old man someday and I hope he do not get the same treatment. This person did not show a little of empathy, like Seth Godin, entrepreneur said " The simplest customer service frustration question of all: " Why isn't this as important to you as it is to me? . I am so glad that this was only the uhaul office because instead if this was an emergency room at a hospital and Robert Rennie and Murillo the Doctors I would not be writing this now.

Why was there a $21? I was told by the rep at the counter that I needed to bring back the truck with at least 3/8 tank of gas. There was over 1/2 tank when I returned the truck. Please advise by 5/22 or I will have no option but to dispute the credit card charge. Thank you.

There was a confusion on the price of mileage because we were told $.59 over the phone with one rep. In store, we asked the same for mileage cost and was confirmed the same. We never checked our contract and left inside truck when returned. It's only $.20 difference and we used only 14 miles, so it is not a big deal. Overall, we are happy with your service except for this misunderstanding.
