Basically there is nothing could be improved if U-Haul do not want to. We rent a 24” truck from this location for our ASD show at the Las Vegas convention center on July, 31st, 2014. We had been told that a relatively reliable truck is rent to us but they didn’t inform us that it was replaced by a 26” one and the pick-up location is changed. The truck broke down and could not be started at the entrance of the high way due to bad motor sensor, which is understandable since sometimes things just happened. But U-Haul let three of our employee waited four and half hour outside under 110F weather for mechanical and then tolling service, since we’ve been told that we should not abandoned the truck. There was no immediate action taken by U-Haul and we wasted half of our day which was planned to prepare for our ASD show. Since there is no further assistant for our loadings in the truck said by the customer service, we have to unload more than 2,000 pounds till 11:00 p.m. on that day. We followed what we have been told this time, but we are physically unable to do this again on our way back when the “fixed” truck returned broke down again on August, 7th, 2014 when we need to load our pallet. The local store said abandon the truck will affect my credit in future regarding to U-Haul rental. After contact with the manager finally they agreed to let us abandon the truck without any charge and let the local U-Haul store to take care of it. But later on there is an abandon service charge appeared on our bill in the amount of $144.31. We spend an extra $2000+ for loading service for our things left in Las Vegas. When we received our bill there is an additional charge of $1047.72. We contacted the store employee and they are not willing to provide us with any record of our rental service and hang up the phone immediately. When I contacted them again later on about the extra bill, a lady said it is due to extra mileage, which is corrected by herself later on when I need her to confirm what she said is true due to a monitored calling process requested by our company. Then she said they do not know what the extra charge for and need to contact Las Vegas local store with no expectation time for a reply, and just hanged up. Not to mention apology or compensation. We are preparing suing process right now. This location is highly NOT recommended if you do not want to test your patience and do not have a recording app.

What can you do to improve for your next customer? BRING BACK CHRIS! service here sucks nothing like before wen The General Manager was Chris..no type of customer service NOW! Who ever is putting all these new general managers there doesnt know what hes doing at all! I hope that person reads this! Or his Boss And gets a reality check. I only come to this location for propane or boxes and i will no longer go there due to very unorganized location and bad service plus the wait is ridiculous!! Ive also heard his own cousin Michale Gutierrez got him fired and is still working for uhaul bad bad bad

UHAUL DID NOT A PROVIDE FURNITURE DOLLEY EVEN THOUGH I WAS CHARGED FOR A DOLLEY AND DARED TO SAY IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING SINCE I TRUSTED UHAUL TO DO ITS JOB RIGHT. HELLO???? UHAUL ALSO DOES NOT HAVE ANY PROCEDURES TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS A POSITIVE IMPRESSION.

Your asking about location & your equipment. Yes all excellent, but the staff (jose & a lady w/pink hair) extremely unprofessional!! If I'm paying the fee to have the trailer for 24hrs why are they insisting in me bringing it back that same night?! I understand that it maybe booked for someone else as well for the next day. Then they shouldn't rent it out & put added stress & have to pay full price for returning the trailer back with in 5hrs of renting it. If I'm paying to rent the trailer for 24hrs & I'm paying my full fees for 24hrs. I shouldn't have to bring it back that night. NOT unless the people at uhaul would of said I'm giving you a discount, cause your not using it for the full 24 hrs thatch our INTITLE too!! Jose was explaining the situation but the girl was arguing with me!! I work in retail too! Our rule or saying is "customer is-always RIGHT!" I will never go to this uhaul ever again!

The wait time is incredibly long. There was only one attendant at a time helping customers and as a result the wait time was 15 mins or longer each time I came in. It would also be nice to be acknowledged when you approach the counter even if they are processing another customer. A greeting such as...eye contact and I'll be with you in a moment. The pick up itself was in excellent condition. I hesitated in marking yes to recommend this location based on wait time.

Make sure the little repair things are taken care of - window roller was broken, rear view mirror kept slipping and having to be re-adjusted.
