The staff was nice and accomodating. The truck had gas unlike in past times I had to go get gas prior to moving, so I appreciated that. The truck was dirty and you all should hire staff to keep them washed as the current staff was already very busy providing great customer service from LeAndra Golden to the two gentlemen helping her. Those three deserve praise for getting their jobs done!

truck was filthy, old, and very dangerous to drive . Parking gear doesn't work, drive te door doesn't close. Loose cables. Etc. You should not rent trucks in those conditions.

I ordered truck online. And the Customer Service (not the store) call me to give me the location, then she gave me 110 N. Vermont ave, which is totally opposite direction (in LA's traffic). What's worse is that after I went to the wrong address and wasted a lot time, I called them back. their attitude is like totally none of their business , and tell me take that truck or cancel it.

I told the person about the trucks alignment and the answers that he gave did not make me any happier I think it was rude the way he went about my question I'm really unsatisfied with u haul I don't use any other rental company but it's never to late to find one I might not recommend u haul to anyone unless I feel that I'm compensated for the issue

I just have such a poor taste in my mouth regarding the lack of professionalism at this location from the person who answers to the person receiving the vehicle upon return. There were only 2 people who delivered top notch customer service during the past and current. When I receive good customer service, I make it a point to comment, and I do the same when I receive poor customer service. i'm not looking to get an employee burned. Maybe my comments will travel up the food chain so that management can address the situation. I know the pickings are slim in South Central L.A. for quality employees. I run into poor customer service so much until I expect it. Maybe these comments can help build or restore customer service that a paying customer deserves. At this point, if I wasn't charged for mileage, I'd travel 10-15 miles out of the area to get the customer service I require. The only reason i use this location is because proximity. I will be more than happy to verbally comment on my current and past experiences at this location. I can always be reached at my contact phone number.

Although I had to wait for the rental and din't get the van until 10:35, the return time was not altered to accommodate that. Also hard to estimate fuel needed when it was less than full.

Needs Better customer service. The employees had rap music in the background i dont thinks is ideal to have any loud music at work. And one of the female employee was arguing with the customer and she wasn't very helpful after that. I told her that I wanted to pay cash when I got back with the rental and she did not even paid attention to me. They have to learn better customer skills. I know some customers can be a handful sometime but not all of Them. dropping off the rental was great. Very professional

U haul. As the worst. Service there is. I would never. Recommend the store to anyone. The staff is not helpful nor understanding. There is no leadership. At this location. And if I had to rent a truck again. It wouldn't be here. Rider. Rentals. Do better.

When a customer makes a reservation for a certain equipment. U-haul should make sure the equipment is ready and up for the task. Not wait until the customer shows up and then try to see if the equipment is working properly. Because I would think if you make a reservation for a date and time that the equipment would be ready, minus well not make a reservation.
