I cannot believe UHaul allows this business to represent them. The truck was terrible, dirty and seemed unsafe to drive, fortunently this was a local move. I will be making a further complaint in detail.
the dealer should have more trucks to choose from.
Make sure you check the gas level and equipment before you sign the paperwork. I had to sign it that's stated the truck was 7/8 full before I even knew which truck was mine. Once I got in and on the road, I realized the gas was only at a quarter of a tank. Took me $65 to get it at the level it was supposed to be when it started. Then I get it to the loading spot, and the truck has no ramp. Overall horrible experience.
