Staff properly to handle equipment returns so customers don't have to wait so long. Nobody came out to meet me when I returned the truck. I went inside but there was a line of customers and only one employee working. I gave up and just left after waiting almost 30 minutes.

Don't charge your customers .69 per mile and then have them pay to fill the gas back up. Either the gas should be free if we are going to pay per mile, or there should be unlimited free mileage

DO NOT ADD FUEL! The truck had a half tank, $60 worth.... I filled it up not sure how well the fuel economy would be, the needle barely moved from the full mark and the manager would not work with me. Not even a small discount!

There was only one person working the desk. The line on customers was 5 deep in front of me. I have rented from this location before and had the same experience. This location needs more from desk help to move the customers through more rapidly. I will more than likely go the the bardstown road store or us a different company

The local store was fantastic! We will not use Uhaul again due to the poor customer service provided over the phone. It is not acceptable to keep customers from speaking directly to the local office. The local offices and customer service do not always have the same information or answers to questions. Last year, we also moved and were told by customer service our truck was at TWO different locations when it was not. We had to search on our own and found a truck that we drove over an hour out of our way-on moving day-to pick up.

It took an hour from the time I got there to get away with the equipment. Everyone was kind and helpful, I didn't have to do anything, they even hooked up my dolly to the truck for me, but, it took too long.

What needs to be improved is when a customer had a reservation and the location decides to close for the weekend, the customer should be notified just as the location would require the customer to notify them of any changes. I had a truck reserved at the Outerloop Location. I received NO notification that the location was not opening for the weekend. I showed up to a closed store. I then had to drive 10 miles out of my way to the only other location with the truck size that I needed. Credit or no credit, the problem remains that it is poor service to require customers to give notification of any change but the company can simply not open their doors, not notify the customer, not set up a rental at another location ahead of time, and get away with it!

Nothing, the gentleman that waited on me was extremely customer service oriented and very knowledgable. I wish more people in the service/sales industry were as CS oriented as he was. The workers who inspected the truck before and after were also a perfect image of how to treat customers! Excellent!

Moving is exhausting work, both physically and mentally. I rented my truck at 4pm and ended up dropping it off somewhere around 9pm. Before dropping it off, I went to fill it up. Instead of putting about 10 gallons in it to set it back to half a tank (how I got it), but because my mind was essentially mush at the end, I ended up filling it until it was full. It would've been nice to receive a credit or something for the additional gas, especially since UHaul charges $5/gal to fill it up if I were to return it without filling it up. I understand it was my mistake, but UHaul didn't seem to understand why I'd want a credit or reimbursement. I think I'll use a different company next time. Which is unfortunate, because for the most part I've had an excellent experience with UHaul and this location.
