Your trailer sizing is misleading! I rented a 4'x7' trailer and it is short of those dimensions by about 6" in each direction. I was putting in cases that are 44" wide and they wouldn't fit! While everything from the store was above average, this made the whole experience very frustrating.

I dropped off at a location different then selected b/c the selected location did not seem like a safe place for 24 hour dropoff. This change in location after hours caused a delay in getting it checked in, but the staff at this location was very prompt and helpful when notified of the issue.

I would recommend using UHaul in general but the techs should be sure to check the condition of the rented equipment before signing it out. The tire alignment of the van we rented was off and caused swerving. I'm not sure if that is what's causing the swerving but can be unnerving as one increases speed to approach the highway.

We rented a van, the employee that checked us in on Thursday was very nice and informative. When we brought the van back the tech outside forgot his manners. "get in the van, left, right blinker, pump your breaks, put it in reverse", no please, thank you, do you mind, he may have well said for us to take a hike it would have felt the same. It seems the connection to polite communication leading to return customers, leading to his job has not been made. We would not return to this site.

My original pick up location was Bluegrass Parkway. I made the reservation on-line. I called the Bluegrass location at 10 am Sunday morning and got no answer. I drove to Bluegrass and the location was closed. The posted hours on the door indicated it should be open. The trailer I requested was not available. This is a poor way to run a business. Good thing I knew about the Bardstown location because they bailed me out. Lucky thing I did not need a truck because none were available. The Bluegrass location is a horrible example of Uhaul service.

Used this location twice in one week, both times the truck we were told we were getting in the confirmation was not the truck they had for us. The first time we resolved it before pick up after numerous phone calls. Second time, yesterday, we went to get the truck and had to be sent to a different location to get the one we were told we were going to get, costing us a hour of time and also gas and mileage. When i called customer service to complain all the man named Quinn had to say was i am sorry like three times. I will be remembering these things for a long time whenever I hear the name Uhaul. Should be U will be sorry.

This store was a model of efficiency. The check-out and check-in process went smoothly, and the staff went above and beyond expectations with their friendliness and dedication to their jobs. Kudos to U-Haul for the awesome customer experience!

Generally I would say that this location was understaffed, over worked and I could also venture to guess that the reason the truck looked like it did was because of the lack of employees and volume of customers. I will say that the people working there seemed to be really nice eventhough they were inundated with customers. Just from my experience of waiting for 45 minutes (after I had already done online check in) I am highly dissatisfied and cannot say that I will consider using uhaul again unless presented with no other options. I will also make mention of the fact that there was only one employee working behind the counter while the other two employees ran about getting trucks returned and checked out to people. Sorry to say it but clearly there are some issues that should be addressed here and I'm so glad it won't have to be a part of it!

Be faster or maybe have more than two customer services rep over the counter....also they r very specific about charging you back for gas,well the gast meter didn't move ar the gas station so we put 55 dolars and when we got to drop it tank was full...how about returning some money back????!!! Pointless comment but still gonna send it

My reservation was made almost a week in advance. When I showed up to pick up my enclosed trailer, there was not a trailer on the lot to pick up. The service personnel working then made me feel as if I had dropped the ball somehow. I then asked if they could call another UHaul locally to fix the problem and they seemed as if that was an inconvenience. When I went accross town to pick up the trailer, I was met with a store that was short staffed. After waiting in line to check in, I waited around back for almost 20 minutes to pick up my trailer. Only 2 people seemed as if they knew what they were doing. No apology was given by either store for the inconvenience or the wait. I don't think I will be usin UHaul Louisville again.

1) I made an reservation online but do to difficulties with the process, there was a problem with the duration. I was told I wouldn't be able to rent the trailer and the location didn't offer to help me find another trailer. I went to another location and the representative indicated it was policy to offer follow-up assistance. 2) I finally find a location and had to wait 30 minutes just to speak with a representative and another 20 minutes for someone to hook-up the trailer and check the lights. 3) The representative stated it would be beneficial $ to return the trailer early but offers no details to the specifics. 4) I talk to 3 people via the phone (call centers) and 1 tells me I CAN get a partial refund for an early return and the others tell me I CANNOT.
