It took more than 30 minutes for us to actually get the rental truck we reserved several days before. Service was extremely slow which threw our personal schedule off completely.

On our way home, while on our honeymoon, one of the wheels on our rental fell off due to negligence. Not putting lube in the wheel bearings caused the incident. The mechanic from Scooter's mentioned that the majority of uhaul trailers had been converted over to sealed wheel bearings but for some reason the trailer we were give had not been and uhaul neglected to keep up with proper maintenance. This incident could have caused severe injury to my family and as it is delayed us 6 hours. Not what we had expected from uhaul, we rented from you to have peace of mind. Upon returning our second trailer, after the first failed, it took us 2 hours to drop off due to the chaotic mess that was the Lowell location. Not enough help, chaos in the parking lot, and no one available to talk to about the problems we had with the trailer. The 6 hour delay left us without the option of returning the trailer that same evening, and our work schedule left us without the option of returning the trailer until the weekend, we were charged for these extra days caused by the negligence of uhaul. Without there being a manager available at the location when we returned the trailer, we were told to contact uhaul by phone. We did so but the person on the phone neglected to file a formal complaint, as he said he would. We had been expecting to hear back from uhaul to no avail. Extremely disappointed with this experience overall, and unfortunately something that will stick with us forever being that it caused so much inconvenience on our honeymoon.

I made a reservation 4 weeks before my move. I called 2 days before the move to make sure all was okay. The day before the move I received an email confirmation with very different information. I spent over 90 minutes on the phone and talked to 8 different people trying to come up with a solution that would work. It was very stressful. Yvonne was finally able to help me. If reservations are not going to be honored; don't take them. I used Uhaul for my move as I'd heard great things. I am not sure I'll use Uhaul again. The Lowell suite was fine, no complaints there, although I should have counted the pads as I was charged for a missing one and know I returned all I had received.

When we arrived to pick up the truck, was only one girl doing all, the line was at to the door. The MANAGER was out smoking a cigarette! !!! It was until I open the door and told him that she needed help inside that he drop the puffing. The truck NICE AND CLEAN 100% IMPROVEMENT. SINCE OUR LAST EXPERIENCE.

I called to rent a van & was told I could have it in 45 mins., which was much faster than I had anticipated. I decided to change from the van to a box truck, Natalie was very pleasant & helped me without making a fuss. I definitely will return shall I ever need to rent another truck.

Kid at the desk this morning was painfully slow. Corporate account so all my info is stored in the computer. But asked for everything individually. Took 45 mins to get the truck. And then made me go out to the yard to get it and squeeze it between other trucks to get out. Nice kid but I've never had to wait that long or get the truck myself before

During Light check, it was discovered that the rear right fender and light had been damaged and non functional. The agent arranged a speedy repair by Nashua office and we were able to haul as planned. Great job by agents.

I rented a car trailer from the Lowell UHaul on Middlesex St. The trailer was ready went promised. The service clerk was polite and very helpful. Great Service.

I was told to pick the trailer up in Nasgua NH, when I got there I was told they had made a msitake and I would have to drive to Lowell, Ma to pick up the trailer instead 9( 1hour ropund trip from where I was suppose to pick the trailer up) when I piicked the trailer up it was dirty and had sopme old ropes and packing material from the previous renter in it. Then when I dropped it off theyr charged me a cleaning feeo from the previous rentor. I owuld neve use their service again very poor !

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but I experience a long wait for picking up my truck and did not get it at the reserved time. They seemed short-staffed in the morning during the last weekend of the month.

Your rates are not expressed turkey on your trucks. A truck said 29.00 a day total cost 101.00. Now that is not good business. For 3 hours and 66 miles. Way to expensive, never again will I use UHaul.

As as far as customer service goes we got several different quotes for the same size truck and different information about the cost, for example; we were told we could get 1st month free at any location by one rep and when we called back another rep said no that's only certain u-haul storage were offering that promotion and that she shouldn't have told you that information because it just wasn't feasible but the last and final rep said to ask another place if they would offer that same promotion given the circumstances ans it did work out at another storage place and I thank him for that advice

The woman who checked me in was great (I'm afraid I've forgotten her name, though). It was easily the quickest check-in I've ever had with U-Haul. The first truck I was put into had a broken side mirror (the reason for my answer about equipment above), but she was able to immediately swap it for a new truck, even though it was after their closing time.

There was a line going out of the door and people had been there for over two hours, myself included. The lady in charge (manager - I believe), was very professional and remained calm and efficient. She took care of every customer with concern and care thoroughly but with speed. While still in route moving from the late start, a lady (Natalie) called to yell at me for not returning the rental at 1 pm, we exchanged concerns and she blamed me not willing to listen to the circumstances involving the 2 hr wait for pickup. I asked for the manager and was put on hold for about ten minutes. Hung up, called UHaul and expressed the situation with a lady that took the time to listened and extended the time to complete my move and return the rental. My overall experience was not good. However, I am very pleased with the lady who checked me in and the lady on the phone who extended the return time.

Had to wait over 2 hours for a reserved truck that was not even there... Wasted over 2 hours of moving time... Had to settle for a smaller truck which in turn we had to make 2 trips to move furniture...

Everyone I spoke with at both locations and over the phone were friendly and pleasurable, but over all it was a very annoying experience. I reserved a truck at 1145, and had to call back twice for a reservation time, then I was told to pick up at one location, then told it was another then spoke with many people like I said that were overall helpful were I was told there was there was a flat rate of 75 for all the inconveniences. Yesterday via text message my drop off place when changed again to a closed location so I could not receive my refund till this morning then when I get there I am refunded 100 dollars, when I needed to put down a 200 dollar deposit. I have used UHAUL for every moving experience and this has by far been the biggest headache I have every experienced in my life. I again want to stress everyone that did TRY to help were attentive and did what they could but nothing turned out the way it was supposed to. Now I'm still waiting to see about the 25 dollars, because the poor woman at a totally different location had no record of anything.
