was supposed to pick trailer in Nashua, NH. Reserved it a month in advance. the day before I was to pick it up I get a call stating that they do not have a trailer for me and that I would have to pick one up in Lowell, MA. About 15 miles away... The trailer was not cleaned out when I picked it up. Not friendly folks.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes, my reservation I made a month in advance was not fulfilled. I reserved a 20 ft truck and they had none available. I ended up with a 17 ft truck, which ended up being OK. The check engine light was on as well, they did not seem concerned. If my truck was not going to be available they should have called me in advance to inform me.

In addition to the staff not being friendly towards me in any way ...The man that helped me said the gas was on half and it was not it was on 3/8 so we told the man who pulled the truck up for us he simply said to mark the paper, i also did not use all the miles i had thought i would so i called the # listed to call to get the refund and they said they would call me back it has been 2 days and i have yet to recieve a call..

Nothing really negative to say. The only comment would be that a second person should have been checking in customers. The line was quite long - it was Saturday - and only one person checking in and one bringing vehicles around. The gentleman manning the computer was very pleasant and helpful.

Overall my experience at this site was terrible. I walked in with a quote and the store manager would not honor it nor did he show any interest in helping. When I asked where I should leave my car he said there are signs on the front window saying no customer parking. When I asked him if I could just leave my car there for an hour to go home and get my wife to drive me back he asked me if we were going to have fight about this! In the end I asked for an hour of grace which he then just handed me the truck keys and walked away to lock up the store. I will never again use this location!!

The new Ford van was VERY comfortable. I would consider buying one myself! I'm not sure if the gas mileage was poor at 5 gals for 80 miles, at mostly highway driving, or if the tank was not quite full when picked up. All told, it was a positive experience for me. The location was well run. Thank you

They need to create a sense of urgency for the customer. For example if a customer is waiting for equipment to be returned to rent and the equipment is returned, the customer should not be the one to ask the representative if that equipment is now available.

My MAJOR issue was not with this branch locaton per se but U-Haul HQ in that they sent me an incorrect text they day after my pickup saying they were changing my drop off location to a site 50 (one-way) minutes beyond my scheduled drop off . I called several times to clear this up but they were CLUELESS.. I even had the printout, text, email and signed contract from U-Haul confirming my drop off site. They said they might charge me extra and I said see you in court. Thanks for making an already stressful situation worse.

I don't like selecting a convenient rental location, then being sent to a crowded city location, where there wasn't even a place to park. I was directed to a Family Dollar store across the street to park. Rental agent asked all the same questions I had answered on-line.
