Apparently online reservations of U-boxes do not guarantee that one will be available onsite as scheduled. The employees informed me that this is a common problem with U-boxes and storage units. I would advise contacting the location directly when making arrangements.

was very pleased overall. The only problem I had was with online reservation software, it did not do a good job of having accurate times and vehicles available. Fortunately, the error was caught and our plans still went off without a hitch.

The store seems extremely on organized, and the staff is untrained . When you reserve a van online several days prior, you would hope it wouldn't be a 45 minute wait in line. The staff including the general manager just talks and talks and talks while people are standing in line waiting. I don't know why your computer system can't be streamlined or your people trained better but all of the car rental co have you in and out. I would much rather have them do their job quickly, professionally, and thoroughly rather than listen to the endless apologies.

My rental went well, the only thing I was a little disappointed of was the milage that was on my rent document & the gas was incorrect. The sales associate wrote the corrections on my paper work & confirmed with the manager. I was assured that these wrong would be correct and I will not be charged. Today, I received a call from the assistant manager telling me I was charged for gas and I owe more for mileage. I am disappointed that all this was not corrected as I was assured.

I was there today Sunday 19,2015 at 1 10 pm and after waiting 45 minutes to return the truck the others Customer's started to complaint about the delay and instead of the women in charge to calm the situation she started arguing with the Customer telling her rudely to go to another place to do business really loud arguing and disrespectful in from of my kids and everyone in there that is not really good customer service at all 7 outa 10 people were complaining they were being overcharged and being Treated like trash

The assistant manager (Latisha Benjamin) was Amazing given that that UHAUL main office never put my reservation into the system correctly and never informed me that hitches weren't installed on Sundays. Ms Benjamin made it absolutely possible for me to keep my schedule in order to move cross state lines. She totally deserves a raise

Very frustrating experience. Despite reservation, it took 40 minutes to get on the road. Clerks were gabbing, telling stories, including making very negative comments about co-workers. They also seemed to have little concern for long line of customers.

Store opened at 9 AM with at least 6 groups in front of me. Only 1 person doing rentals. David flew through the rentals and I was done in 35 min. I expected > 1 hr. Very efficient!

The sugn said you were open at 7am, noone was there at the office until 8:15am. The garage doors were wide open with thousands of dollars of tools laying there to steal if someone wanted too. Although the attendant was nice very disappointing. I have also tried to get a hitch at this location, had an appointment, showed up and the cashier said that the mechanic wasnt even scheduled to work that day and that the call center is told to never say NO no matter what. Horrible place poorly managed and bad representation of the brand you are trying to establish.

The new management is wonderful! Very high marks. The rental of moving equipment was and will be great, economic, clean, and extremely helpful. Rented storage space for 10 years. They once used my credit card without my consent (old management). Lock was changed and had to be drilled (great new manager!!!). Mouse urine and droppings in the storage.

Traon the staff to. Understand that standing there as the. Employee. Keeps getting distracted by computer issues the manager putting me into a truck thst had. Bad brakes. Pulled hard to yje right when steped on the brake. All i needed to do was tow a camper to iys nrw home. I reserved a pickup i got a boxtruck wich made yhe trip alot more scary and. Cost more fuel at the end of the trip. I fueled the truck. And they tryed to charge me a cleanout fee n refuel fee i never used the box. Just the hitch. Verry stressfull. Experience. I use you alot as fot many yrars i worked with uhaul at bills auto clinic. I was verry. Upset when i left. Never will go there again on the lynnway. Rude. Woman that talks down to you. Thid is not good buisness. A 9 am. Reservation i. Was told the truck needs to be back at 1130. So the job hae to be rushed. Again i am stilll very upset about my. Expirence with this place 45min in line and then another 30. With there screwups.

You had one worker doing everything (contracts, getting vehicles) for the location. I was supposed to pick up my rental at 5:45 and did not get it until 6:35. This was unacceptable service and not good for UHaul as an organization.

Using Uhaul to move was the worst moving experience I've had in my 58 years. HORRIBLE. I can't say enough bad things about Uhaul to convey how angry I am. The folks at the Lynn location are a mixed bag ... two of them were AWESOME and one barely paid attention to me. Thus, creating a cascade of problems the day of my move. I will NEVER use Uhaul again.
