The rental was fine but someone in the office seems to not like his job. I would not like to get anyone into trouble, but customer skills is definitely something this individual should work on. I was in there twice this weekend renting two different times, and this worker seems miserable. There was one other gentlemen who waited on me that was great though. Other than that, the service was fine.

1 hour wait for all customers in an open store while the one person working on a friday morning helped one person. Got a filthy van that had substances, dog hair, and stains throughout. Van I was given was parked in a location that took about 7 forward/backward changes in direction to get out of. Found out the van had been stolen and was not so supposed to be rented. Horrible.

Was informed prior to rental (at time of pick up) that the starter on the truck was faulty. I had some difficulty with each start, but was able to get through the move. Was not able to switch to another truck of same size due to high customer volume, so I do not fault the location, only stating the facts.

I received a confirmation to pick up the truck at 7:30 AM. The office did not open till 9 AM. I had to wait for an hour and a half for the store to open. When I arrived I was told that the total lights on the back of the pick up would not work. I was given no other choices. Luckily they did work.

Horrible customer service. Angel that waited on me kept taking money out of the cash register and putting it into his pocket saying he was making money money money. He told me on the phone they had a trailer, I offered a credit card and he told me I didnt have to worry.Then when I got there told me he didnt and never spoke to me. He told me he would cancel my other reservation and never did. I did rent a trailer and I had to run back and forth with the information because he was to lazy to get the numbers off the trailer and do his job. He also told a women and another man to give low surveys on the boy that was working on the lot saying the he wasnt doing his job. It is ANGEL that is not doing his job. He lies to customers, he is doing something that is not on the up and up with the money from the register. I saw his take money out of the drawer 3 times in my short period of time there. I told several other people of my experience there and they told me they have experienced the same. If you pay cash you get treated better because he keeps the money he charges for damages to equipment. He even kept telling me that my credit card was declined because and I could pay in cash. I took out my phone and started to log into my bank because I knew it was not possible and then he said... "Oh let me check you zip code again". I can not believe you do not have cameras in there watching what is exactly going on in that location. Angel also told the boy to give me a trailer that the lights did not work on and I told him I would not take one like that because it was illegal. While I was renting another man returned a trailer that he had rented there. It was an open trailer that Angel had rented him. He told him that he rented him a trailer that the lights did not work on and his response was "well did you get caught ?" This man is bad for your business.

i had told the man working that the truck was not filled with gas when we received it. he ignored my concern and continued to charge me for the full tank. he was rude and clearly did not care about the customers. i also did not appreciate him calling me 'girl'. good luck with employees like him.

Mike the manager is the best. He makes sure the customer needs are met and is very patient even in the busiest of times. The trucks are always very clean and well kept. The property is well maintained also.

I arrived at 10:15am to pick up my reserved truck (originally scheduled to be picked up at 10:15am. Due to poor management of the customer experience and potential under-staffing, I was helped until 11:20am and not in the truck and on my way until 11:30am. During that period, customer service representatives were not diligently processing customer requests but rather engaging in casual conversation with co-workers and some customers that had an obvious ill-effect on both the quality of service provided to all waiting in line as well as a detrimental impact on the efficiency of the UHaul operations.

Very poorly run, even with reservation I had to wait 40 minutes in line. the staff (angel) especially was rude, pushy, and just totally unprofessional. then on the return, they wanted me to wait in line again to drop off the truck, tried to charge me for things I didn't want, I'll just never go there again!!
