The kind proprietor allowed us use of the air machine to fill up our low dolly tires which saved us a trip to the gas station on an already busy morning. We were so appreciative.

Charging for mileage makes renting a u haul too expensive. Next time I will just use movers. $60 for using a truck for 3 hours and 15 miles is ridiculous. Also, location needs more staffing. We waited over 15 minutes just to return the truck.

Everything went great. Truck ran very well, good power and in good shape. Wish the gas mileage was better, but I know that's just the way it is. :-) Gas was almost as expensive as the rental, oh well, move is done and all is well. Thanks, we had a good trip in the truck.

I was treated great when I came in to rent but when I returned to drop off I was treated like crap. I waited with another customer no one came in eventho I went out side to let them know we were there. Some one finally came in and he kept putting some one else in front of me that was getting propane and still checking the truck for damage to rent. He also waved the person behind me to come in front of me eventho the customer said let her go first he still had some flimsy excuse and refused to help me. The guy was white, skinny with a green shirt on. Very poor customer service skills and on a power trip. He was a poor excuse for a human being.

Very helpful staff. Location is on busy street which makes access a little more difficult during heavy traffic periods, but otherwise very convenient.

I have used U-Haul in the past many times but this time was the best so far. The men at this location were courteous and helpful and made everything work good, as this move was a bit of a challenge for me. Thanks

I moved to Edmonds a week ago using one of your trailers. I'm a returning customer, and I would hope that Uhaul values my business, and wants to save me time and money. Today, that was not the case. I was not thinking clearly, and I ended up renting a moving truck so that I could pick up a full sized bed set, even though I had a uhaul hitch installed on my car, and could have saved over $50 if I was thinking clearly enough to use a trailer instead of the moving truck. Granted that it is my own fault for not realizing this until it was too late- I TOLD THE MANAGER THAT I HAD HAULED A TRAILER FROM SAN DIEGO TO MOVE HERE, AND THAT I WAS VERY LOW ON MONEY UNTIL MY FIRST PAY CHECK. Oops, caps lock. Anyways... I explained to the manager upon returning the truck that I really wish I didn't waste $50+ dollars, and that it would have been great if he had made the recommendation to me to use a trailer instead of the moving truck. He didn't offer any consideration for my feelings, and instead he asked me where I worked. I told him, and then he replied, "Well, that's a whole lot better than working here!" What the hell is that supposed to mean? That because I finally landed a decent job, I'm supposed to be treated differently and not mind throwing my hard earned money down the drain, when I have less than $300 in the bank at the time. I asked again, "so there's no kind of discount or anything you can offer me?" He said, "No, there definitely is not." I walked away without shaking his hand. I will drive out of my way to go to a different business the next time that I need to haul something.

Picking up the truck was good. Steve did a great job. My lawyer was the only driver until it was time to return the van on Sunday. Im diabetic which means there are times everyday my vision is just burry as it was on Sunday. Also, Im not used to driving something that big. Trust me, caution was the word of the day! I thinks its important that I tell you that my new apartment is on the 6th floor and the one and only elevator was not working. The management said they would have it fixed by morning. Three storage units went up using the stairs. 6 flights. By the time I pulled into the uhaul place I was beyond exhausted and just wanted to "check out" and have a hot bath. As I pulled in I could see the other trucks in the back. I just assumed that was where to park it. No one had said anything in regards to returning the truck. Not one word. As Im trying to find a good place to park I noticed two men next to a truck. And that was all the thought I put into that. I saw an open spot in between a row of the same trucks. It looked like the right place to park. So I did. As Im walking to the front to check out, this man started yelling at me to move the truck. I said where am I supposed to park it? He pointed to the truck they were standing by and said I need to pull up to the arrows. It was raining, my nerves were a wreck driving that truck, SIX flights of stairs...and to move the truck meant backing out of the spot. Even if I wanted to, the only way to see would be the side mirrors. The back was so completely covered in tape and mesh it was literally impossible to see out the back. I told this man "No. Sorry but there is no way I can drive that anywhere." He was clearly angry. He was yelling at me in tone that honestly, made me uncomfortable talking to this man in the back of the store. I tried to explain to him I felt very uncomfortable backing that truck and moving it anywhere. The difference was only about 40 feet and now knowing they were uhaul employees, having told them I was concerned about backing the truck up, I couldn't understand why this guy was so mad. He was literally snarling at me because I hadn't park the way I was told to. I tried to explain to him that no one had said anything to me in regards to bringing the truck back and why are you yelling at me?? he yelled and asked where is the key? I was carrying a few things but the key was on my finger so I wouldn't drop it. I held out my pinky for him to take the key (Please know everything Im telling you is literall),but instead-he lunged at me and in a very aggressive manner-snatched the key from my finger. At that point my priorities took a turn and I was no longer trying to turn in the truck. My priority was not to get attacked. He again lunged at me while asking for the paperwork. And snatched what Im guessing is the paperwork he wanted, but he was so aggressive when he grabbed the paper he tore it in two. Then he stomped off and went inside. I cant b

It was very rainy that day, but the 17-ft truck leaked on our stuff. No money refunded at all. Also, after a long day, I did not gas truck, in part because of the complicated graph indicating how many gallons to fill it to get the needle exactly to the (non-full) amt of gas when I got truck. Ended costing $45 for gas alone, driving truck 73 miles. Plus .99 per mile mileage. Far cry from advertised $29 per day. Expensive move, somewhat deceptive I thought.

Was almost tricked into signing for insurance that I didn't want. Just charge people for what they ask for, if the rates are too low raise the rates, don't cheat people. I'm talking crazy I know.

Ron, Bob, & Leah saved the day tenfold. They not only came through with the 26' truck, but when the movers I hired failed to show up, they again saved the day by finding three movers at the same rate as the no show movers. They are miracle workers & if not for their help, I never would have been able to make the move that day. Now in a bad note. Danielle, from the Everett headquarters was the worst! How she is able to continue as a manager in that office is a wonder. If not for Bob & Ron in the Lynnwood Uhaul, I really don't know what I would have done. Danielle was condescending & unwilling to make a solution when I found out the 26' truck was only in Everett that would have cost me twice as much because of paying the movers to drive it back and forth to Everett. I give a Big ZERO to Danielle & the headquarters in Everett. Jayne Logan
