My experience with this location was definitely far better than any location experience that I had in the past. Though this is only my third time with U-Haul it was like brand new and I would like to say again Thank You.

Similar to blanket pack inside of van have a glove pack.
Everthing went well. About 15 years ago I had a horrible experience with a UHaul facility in Romeo, MI. Madison Hts team were a 10 out of 10!!!

It was the oldest and ugliest truck on the lot... Strange wining noise from motor when taking off from stop light...was not madeaware that the roof had a leaking problem... until I later read it... Check dude was nice... Counter guys older man was really cocky... younger Guy was coughing so hard... I mean really I have to pick up the key that he graves after coughing in his hand!!!! THANKS!!!

The 2 gentlemen at this location went above and beyond in customer service. I reserved my van online thinking it would be at this location only to find that the pick up was actually in Windsor Canada. These gentlemen called and had the reservation switched, gave me a cargo van and sent me on my way. THANKS SO MUCH TO THEM!!!!!

We called to let them know we needed another day but it turned out we only needed an extra five hours max on the fourth day and they charged a full day's rate. I don't think they should have charged a full day. Also, I would have preferred that they give me the receipt at the time i returned the truck instead of emailing it to me.

Reserved a truck online the day before I needed it. Went in at scheduled time and was out in five minutes. When we brought the truck back we didn't even have to go in and we were done in about three minutes. Very satisfied with this location!

The Uhaul representative working the counter when I arrived at 7am spent the first ten minutes complaining about his coworkers. This made for a very slow and rather annoying check-in. Additionally, the equipment was not ready until about 7:20 despite my 7:00 am reservation.
Furthermore, the trailer was not correctly attached to the pickup. When loading my vehicle on the trailer, the trailer lifted off the ball. This could have seriously injured someone or the equipment, I'm very lucky that the trailer didn't come detached while I was driving.
Overall, very poor experience.

There was a bit of dirty water left in the Rug Doctor that I rented, and it ended up spilling in my trunk. It smelled pretty bad, but it wasn't a huge deal. Easy fix.

I have used this location on several times.... One of the men at the counter is ALWAYS helpful including suggesting ways that I could save time and money with appropriate sized equipment. Plus, U-haul is cheaper then the guys down the street.

There should be at least one rep. in the building at all times to tend to customers waiting within the building. It will be more efficient in my opinion as well as cover more ground.

i turned in the veichel with more than the required gass but was charged $58 fulling charge. the rep refused to tellme wehy and hung up the phone. i paid a $70 refundable security deposit.the turn in report shows no problem with the truck but was told that you would refund the money. why this ripoff?
