Everytime I go on-line to reserve a trailor, I have to fill out the ame info again and again. I should be able to create a profile, and then just auto load that profile after signing in.

I could not adjust the side mirrors. U-Haul corporate should notify customers up front displayed right next to its rate that customers have to replace the gas. I talked to a customer service representative on the phone about rates and viewed the website and nowhere was this information listed that was easily viewable. It should be right next to the rental rate and mileage rate. Instead I was surprised when I was informed this when I went to pick up my truck. Very dissapointed.
