The only issue was that I only needed an auto transport for a 6-7 hour window, and they make you rent for 3 days. Too expensive for what I needed it for, I'm sure others feel the same way. I wouldn't have minded spending the $130 IF I actually needed it for the full 3 days, just wish I could have recouped some of the $ because $130 for even a single day is excessive. Aside from that, your customer service is too notch, and I recommend your services to all my friends who need transportation equipment.

Please don't send a customer on their trek to Florida in a truck with no AC. The AC did not work in the truck. The August temps were sweltering. Additionally, the car dolly was in lousy condition. It was out of alignment which, at one point, caused my car to come partially out of the tracks. The dolly shook the entire time.

Huge dissapointment. They tried to rent me a tow for my car with bent frame. Basically, a good chance to die on the road with the frame crooked like that.

How do u run a business when you rent to a corporate account and don't have a truck ..That's why you make reservations....!! ...I had to pay 5 guys for an hour and a half to wait around till you found another truck ... Then I have to pay for extra miles and fuel and drive 30 miles further... Not to mention tolls each way.... All because of this.... Ryder here I come. Very POOR Service...

Check if you ask for pads. II asked for pads, guy hooking up the trailer even said they where in there when I asked but I didn't look. No pads, inconvenient. But otherwise easy pick up busy drop off.

Oil fill had a paper towel stuffed into the opening instead of a proper cap. The truck had little if any shocks so each road bump, crack or hole rattled vehicle like an old West stagecoach. The cab rocked back and forth so severely I had to grip the wheel like I was riding a galloping horse.

I originally scheduled for pickup at the Hooksett Rd. location and didn't get any call telling me it was switched to S. Willow St. Online should not accept Hooksett Rd. as a pickup location if it can't be picked up there.

The pick-up of the truck and equipment was quick and easy, and everything was prepared in advance. My only suggestion would be that the dolly carts be cleaned or at least dusted off between uses.

All was fine except the online booking is useless. I called this location to book which went well but they said their was a drop off close to my destination that would be on my contract. When I picked it up the guy said it did not come through call the 800 number when I arrive. That was useless and I was told I can not return to the close one "They are booked". If they are booked an extra would be good right? The call center person had no idea where we could return it I had to go on my iPhone and start listing places before she agreed to let me return it to a place hard to find a long way away. These clerks need better training and you need a better web site and location finder

Vehicle was on 1/4 gas when we picked it up. After about 800 miles the coolant light came on so we had to pull into a rest area and let it cool before adding Prestone. After 1300 miles the oil light came on and we had to add 2 quarts. The truck also had a vibration in the front end above 60 mph.

It was so busy in there - which is definitely understandable, especially with 2 sick calls and it being the beginning of the month. My concern was with the young man outside. He was by himself rushing around. He slammed the trailer on my car and it looked like he hurt himself. I work retail as well - and short staff happens, but to me I would rather have someone take a break and work safe and slow than rush and hurt themselves or something.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything. There was no waiting because I used the online check-in. The service was prompt and friendly, there were no issues with the equipment, there were no unexpected charges and the entire process was very easy.
