Was promised a rate over the phone and confirmed it that the location first tried to refuse to me and told me to "go to budget" even after i showed the email from uhaul confirming my rate, issue was only resolved by complaining and forwarding my copies of emails from uhaul to corporate

Be sure that no service engine lights are on before you rent the equipment to the customer. I inspected it and did not see any visible problems, but the service light was on. If it is a chronic problem, please inform the customer. Other than that, great service, great location, and thank you!
