The dolly and protective blankets took up room in the truck but I was told if I remove the plastic strap I would be charged for 'using' those items even though I just needed them to be moved for the couch that I was trying to fit in the truck. If I had known I couldn't move them early on without being charged I would have asked for them to be removed when I picked up the truck. Other than that the staff was great and quick.

The woman that helped us with setting up the what to get was excellent and knowledgeable and the man (Chris) that helped get us set up was equally great.
Both were really hustling and were wonderful to work with.

I needed a tow dolly for a couple hours. Got a good trailer and the service was very fast. Casey hooked my trailer up, checked my lights and checked me out and was extremely helpful.
