I rented an enclosed trailer which had a defective rolldown door which I did not know until I got to the location where my furniture was. I had to pry the door open and could not get the door closed. The contents of the trailer was saturated from the rain storm and the general manager Mr. Gardner could care less and even gave me the wrong infomation to file a complaint. Bad experience and so far 50 people know about this and by the time I am done 5000 people will know.

It took at least 20 minutes in line before I got to the counter to pick up my truck that I reserved online. It would be nice to have a separate cue for those who reserve online as this wait was very frustrating.

For starters fire or demote the stand in Manager Mr. Dion. Who was very unprofessional and uninformed on customer service / satisfaction. Mr. Dion was very rude. I was embarrassed in front of other customers and labeled a snow baller. I found Mr. Dion slanderous comment unbecoming. I was trying to offer options. My rental time was under 5hrs and less than 7 miles. It was impossible to get Mr. Dion to listen without feeling like the misfortune was my mistake. The only thing Mr. Dion knows is the 1-800- GO-UHAUL #. If it wasn't for Timothy and the rest of the crew, which I hate I forgot their names. My move would have been disaster. Another gentleman slim and not so tall.... went above and beyond to meet my needs. I really appreciate his efforts. Another taller gentleman whom had a wrist injury took time out to apologize not for Mr. Dion but the inconvenience. Which was all I expected from a Manager. I grew inpatient not because I didn't have a truck, but because Mr. 1-800-GO-UHAUL Dion had no thought of resolution, just ones of belittling. Please Uhaul do yourself a service and get rid of the problem or re-train Mr. Dion. If not you will lose more business. He's already known on twitter for dissatisfaction. Again thank you tothe rest of the team, for salvaging and unforgettable, distasteful, slanderous experience due to Mr. Dion. I will say this Uhaul itself is definitely and convenient service and I've done a lot of business mostly recommending my friends to you guy's. Such as the Kennesaw location. But, as long as Mr. Dion is at your store I will not come back to your location. Which is unfortunate because there is some great team members there. I hope they can unhold what Mr. Dion is breaking down. Sincerely, Unsatisfied Customers.

Representitives were extremely helpful and friendly! NOTE: On gas cap of the brand new van I was given, it specified to use E85 GAS, which is not readily available at many gas stations.

Refund the money quicker. You charged my card $80 yesterday and I should have a $22 refund yesterday but as of today it hasn't happened yet. That's abit frustrating.

This location was excellent. However, prior to arriving at this location, I had made an online reservation at another location. When I arrived, they did not have the trailer that I reserved. Your online reservation system has some serious flaws.

Never had an issue with uhaul until this time. I understand the gas needs to be put back at a certain mark. I drove to the gas station and when I left the gas station it was at the mark the truck was at when I got the truck. I could not receive my $18.00 credit because according to the rep it was not. He offered the credit if I would drive back to the gas station. I work in customer service and I would have honored the credit especially. The 29.95 truck needed up costing me over $80. Not a happy customer.

The facility was grossly understaffed on Sunday. The employees working were hard workers, but there weren't enough people working. Wait time was totally unacceptable. Return on Monday was excellent! There were two people working the counter!

Worst Uhaul Place Ever Ben was the worst I was given 4 uhauls two I almost died in due to the Alignment being horrible the third truck the battery died and finally the forth truck was just ok to drive....I should of been totally refunded and given a free truck ...My movers left since I was stuck at uhaul for almost 4 hrs...Im a single mom I had to my myself with one other friend its was horrible. ..Ben is ignorant he sits behind the counter while two other employees work there ass off .Mayo was great with customer service he was locked out the system so he could not credit me or swamp out trucks Deon was also great these two men were kind and slaving at work while Ben set back giving orders get this truck do this do that . He did not due shit can you tell im over pissed use need to pull them video tapes and see how I was treated and how terrible your 24ft trucks are and the wait and I pre checked in . Never Ever Ever Again and Ben needs to be fired over poor customer service from him... Thanks again to Mayo for showing care and concern he needs to be in charge . Deon thank you as well .

Had to wait in line for two hours before we got our truck. We also had to wait for 30 minutes to return our truck because there was only one person behind the counter and at least 10 people in line. Took way too much time out of our moving day.

Dear Uhaul, I made a reservation for pick up at 10am Sunday May 31st. I stood in line for 1 hour and 20 waiting to be serviced. This location was poorly under staffed. Although, the employees were nice, this messed up my schedule and the movers that were waiting on me. It was very frustrating to have a reservation but still wait in line soooo long.
