uhaul central scheduling was unable to provide me with my preferred pick-up and drop-off location. They called at 7:45 am the day after I booked the vehicle to give me truck options, not realizing that the booking was 1 month away. When I was notified of a vehicle availability 2 days before pick-up, the only truck available was 6 feet shorter than the one I had reserved. We had to make 2 trips instead of 1 b/c the truck was too small and this cost us extra money.

Sign said Close at 5:00 !! But got there at 4:45 no one there. If you Say C L O S E At 5:00 be there till 5:00 . Did not no were to put trailer . Did not won't some one to take it ! Then you come back on ME . You need lock's for them so we could lock it up .
