After placing my order through customer service, they put my order down for 9 P.M. to 5 A.M. instead of my original timing of 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. I had to go to a different U-Haul location in order to get a U-Haul, and when I arrived, I was given a higher rate of $ .79 per mile, instead of the original $ .69 quote. I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with U-Haul, and will probably not do business with them again.

on this occasion I rented a small trailer there was a problem with the turn signals operating correctly. The reps did not investigate the problem, prior to my departure or upon my return. If it were me, I would at least find out why it wasn't operating properly.

I showed up when they opened et 7. Two customers already there and only one worker. Then after he helped first two customers he preceded to wait on the customer that came in after me because I didn't have a reservation and he did. What happened to first come first serve. Then after I already told him what trailer I was looking for before he skipped over me and had me wait another 10 minutes he tells me he only has a larger trailer.which I took because I needed one and already had been there45 minutes. Over all spent 1 hour to rent a trailer I didn't need figured to be charged for smaller trailer to make up for everything else but didn't. One employee scheduled on opening just crazy and when I returned it there where 4 employees just poor management!!!!
