Very unhappy with u-haul not bring able to fulfill my reservation request in Alexandria. The solution they offered was unacceptable. I found the location in Marshall myself- the folks in Marshall were great.

Very rude individual with poor customer service techniques. I would drive 30 miles further to not use this facility. I will never use Marshall MN Uhaul again!

Although my Uhaul had no major physical damage, it was absolutely filthy. The agent had me initial that I received the vehicle in a clean condition BEFORE showing me the vehicle. When we did the initial inspection, he did not mention that I would be responsible for cleaning the vehicle. When I dropped off the vehicle, the agent told me that they should not have allowed me to take this vehicle in the first place because of how dirty it was.

My Problem wasn't with the either the pick-up facility or the drop-off facility but more with U-Haul overall. I had reserved to pick my truck up in Brookings, SD. Luckily I called 2 days before and was told there was no truck in Brookings so I had to pick the truck up in Marshall. If I wouldn't have called I would have been in Brookings with no truck. So I had to pay for more gas. However, U-haul did end up refunding me $50 of the reservation. That helped satisfy me. However, It would have been a much bigger problem had I been in Brookings with no truck. It would have messed up the whole move.
