very organized, neat store with lots of different supplies and materials that anyone could possibly need for packing and moving.- go take a look there before you begin packing! The prices arent bad either. I made a reservation on-line and they had the key and info all ready on a board with hooks that had all of the other reservations also. Be sure to get the $14 safe insurance (or whatever its called) for your own protection. There was a truck there someone side-swiped it (long deep cut on the side) & the employee said the renters didnt get the insurance option & now had to pay like $500 for the damage. Overall this is THE place to get the UHaul!! The truck was newer, clean and had the ramp so it was so easy to move stuff!!

Went through the whole rental process for a tag-aing trailer, even paid for it, and at the last second !was asked the make and model. We have an Explorer SportTrac and was told that you would not rent to us because of that. We called ahead regarding the rental and was never warned that there were restrictions, so we drove over 30 miles to vet there. It was ridiculous. We had to drive 30 miles back home, borrow a friend's vehicle, and drive 30 miles back up to pick up the trailer. All to actually use it for only 3 hours! The restriction needs to either be CLEARLY announced at the onset of any trailer rental or needs to be lifted, as that issue is no longer even occurring!!

Mike and Bill, especially Bill, were very helpful and Bill went out of his way to help seal a leak on the truck roof (it was pouring rain) and to make sure my tow bar and car were secure. The woman who works there was not very friendly and seemed annoyed with my questions and requests. She is the reason I gave this location a 4 rating instead of a 5.

The place is fine and so was the service but the truck I had was out of alignment, shaky, and the brakes were bad. I reported it when I returned it.

Both of the people helping me were personable, friendly and willing to answer all my questions. I was very pleased overall and would cheerfully recommend then to anyone!

Well being my first time in a long time to rent a Uhaul I thought it was an overall good experience, but awfully picky! The dings on the truck, having to walk around the truck, and then charging extra for the insurances, I don't like that but I am sure u have to with the society we live in today! And if you return the truck early you should get a credit on the rental! I can see if you go over your time, but I returned the truck early I should get a little credit for that!

AS ALWAYS, THIS LOCATION IS THE VERY BEST. I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. YOU JUST CAN'T GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERYONE THERE IS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. I AM ALREADY WORKING ON MY LIST OF DATES FOR RESERVATIONS FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR. AND AS ALWAYS, I WILL NEED TO RENT IN BETWEEN MY USUAL DATES. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS LOCATION OR THE EMPLOYEES. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

the truck shifted really hard, i have drove plenty of these size of trucks and this was the worst one i ever drove,felt like it was falling apart! I went to pull the ramp out to load and the main bracket was broke,so had to fight to get the ramp out! the customer service was great!
