I had a poor experience with my UHAUL trailor. I got a flat tire on the trailor while I had it. Also, on my last day of travel it was raining most of the day and when I went to unload it the next day, a lot of my stuff was wet inside the trailor,

Was not happy that first I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to get the equipment, nor that I had to return it only at the location I picked it up at. This add extra costs that were not really needed, and extra wear and tear on my truck that was not needed for the situation. So I was not happy at all. The staff was very good and very professional. It is the protocols of the equipment I was not happy with or the web site that said I could get the equipment I want at one location and then found out they did not have it at all.. very poor professionalism.

I was scheduled to pick up uhaul truck at 9 am
No one showed up to open store until 9:40. It cost me alot of time and extra money because I had people waiting to load truck

The men that helped us in Fort Pierce, Fl. were wonderful, they could not have been any more helpful or friendly. the young lady that assisted us in Melbourne,Fl was also nice, helpful and knew what she was doing. I would recommend the U-Haul Service Centers to anyone who needed help with any kind of a move.

The truck I rented has a less than average maintained interior. The drivers door handle/arm rest was missing/gone. The only part of it that remained was the handle that opened/closed it. In addition to that mess, the door was hard to close completely. Slamming the door closed was my only option to close it completely. So I'm sure you can imagine with no door handle/ arm rest assembly it wasn't an easy task. I would have serious concern if I was the operator of this business if a person that didn't have the strength to close the door completely and it open on a turn and there were three people in the cab and being pushed to the outward side. Yes, they should be wearing set belts, but we all know not all of us use them. Other than this issue I had no other issues. The staff was very, very polite and accommodating.

Truck had a headlight that pointed to the ground and the ABS light came on every time the brakes were applied which made me wonder if the brakes were going to fail.
Also, I declined the rental off pads and handtruck, but the pads and handtruck were left in the truck and I was charged for them when I did not want nor need them. SoI was charged an extra $10 that Idid not approve. Very poor service!!

Advisde to renters: Check vehical for any damage and any uncleaned mess left inside before driving off with it and report it to the desk attendent so that it is noted on your contract so you do not end up with cleaning or repair charges you are not responsible for.

When I dropped the truck at the the original location in my contract the lady in the office asked me to go to a different location because she did not have a space. I think that she was too lazy and did not want o do the paper work. Dropping the truck should be her responsibility not my.

I HAD TWO FLAT TIRES!!!!!!!!!!! AND WANT AN IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND!!
Mike, who changed tire #1 WAS GREAT!!! another tire also has nails in it which caused HUGE delays on the FLA TURNPIKE. A trucker gave me air, which allowed me to get back to melbourne. OTHERWISE, you would have had to pay another $100. emergency service call, ON THE HIGHWAY. I was delayed 1/2 a day and had two large German Shepherds with me. NOT FUN for anybody. Please have a human email me and give me a FULL refund. The rest of that trailers tires NEED TO BE CHECKED!!!! I was only on I 95 and FL turnpike ( NO NAILS) Please respond today!!!

Have the person with the keys to the door arrive at work on time not twenty minutes late.Over all the people working Saturaday on twelve hour shifts had a good attitude. I will use U-haul again. But lets be on time....
