I was charged over 150 dollars in overdraft fees because the clerk failed to tell me that my debit card would still be charged even tough I used a second card to complete my rental upon returning the truck. If she would have told me this in the beginning I would have selected a different card. I am really pissed so buyer be alert that if you use you debit card do not change how you complete you transaction.

I have never been more frustrated with a rental experience as I had here. I think I was overcharged and I can't understand why I was I ititially billed for one night when I told them I would be renting it for three nights. I am unlikely to rent from Uhaul next time even though I had a good experience with the truck.

We were given a new truck with only 2771 miles...discovered the truck leaked into the trailer area on arrival. The high/low beam lights are out of adjustment. Told representative on return and his only comment was..."it's a new truck". Did not seem concerned about these to problems.

The employee's were so impersonal and seem to not really care. They know that people need the equipment so their attitude/behavior reflects that and takes on the perception of either rent it or not......

Pre ordered a truck and trailer for the 14 of July was sent a confirmation email that it would be ready by 8 a.m. as I am walking into the shop I recieved a call saying my truck was ready but the trailer wouldn't be ready till 9:30. They didn't do anything to resolve it. Said they didn't offer the $50 gautanee . I had to sit in the lobby and wait which I lost a whole hour with my movers and over a hundred dollars. Then when I got into the truck to start my 700+ mile journey every service light and check engine light was on, which made me feel safe to take the trip in it.

Please listen when the customer tells you that some part of the equipment malfunctioned. Do not instantly assume the customer broke or damaged the equipment and therefore it didn't work properly. I didn't appreciate being blamed for a truck part failure that I did nothing to contribute to.

I was very insulted by your policy of having to provide another persons phone number before you would rent to me. I will do all in my power to avoid renting from you again so long as you pursue this policy. Secondly, I only needed a trailer but was forced to rent a van because I drive a Ford Explorer Sport. What should have been an inexpensive rental ended up costing me over $100! I will recommend other companies until these policies are revised.

They had to keep my car registration and military ID since I only had a debit card. They didn't have a copier, so I had no way to verify these documents or make a copy for myself.

The pickup of the trailer was fine, but the truck rental was one of the worst UHaul experiences I've ever had. I asked for a 24 foot truck for 24 hours to get my furniture into storage, and you rented me a 24 foot truck for less than 12 hours--for the same price, of course--instead. And it was overnight, and of course during a tremendous rain storm. On top of that, the guy presenting me the equipment gave me two bundles of blankets, which I thought was the two dozen I'd paid for, but it turned out to only be one dozen instead. Granted, I should have unbagged them in the rain storm to check, but I trusted the guy. Adding insult, the truck had to be 20 years old, if not more; I remember the dash type from my own long-ago-sold truck. It was hard to start; you had to pump the gas while turning the key. The steering column was loose. And on top of that, when I asked at the counter if I could have more time, your clerk lectured me on how the other person had made their reservation months ago.

I spent more time waiting to both pick and return a simple utility trailer than I did using the trailer. Service is horrible. I was told to pull over to a certain area when I pulled in and stood there for 15 minutes. When I finally walked to the office to ask, they got on their walki- talkies and got nowhere either for another 10 minutes. Finally I'm told someone will be right there (another 10 minutes) and as I walked back to my car I passed the shop where I saw 3 employees working on a black Mercedes up on ramps in the shop area .. I'm pretty sure they don't rent Mercedes ther, so...... I will never return to this location again and will likely try all other companies to rent anything from because of this experience.

I was overcharged by the cashier and the other employee came to help and seemed put out with me. You didn't have the equipment I reserved. Staff had an overall bad attitude. Fuel line was mismarked on the truck. I had to argue with attendant until manager came out and agreed that I was right. I have always had a positive experience in my renting and have spent thousands in rentals. I highly doubt that I will be renting at this location again. I have been in customer service for 20 plus years. These members of the uhaul staff do nothing to make me want to come back

There was only one person working and while i understand sometimes employees do not show up to work she was taking several clients at a time to try to speed things up but ultimately this extended every interaction. She had to completely redo everything she had done once she focused on me alone.

The truck broke down within 10 mins after leaving the U-Haul office. The mechanic that came to fix the truck said that the truck was in terrible conditions and should never have left the lot. Not only mechanically terrible truck, but all fluid levels were low due to no one checking vehicle before rental. An awful experience!!!

Staff was courteous and helpful. The 26' van ran a bit rugged. The brakes made a strange sound, though seemed to work fine. And the cargo area leaked in the rain, so at least one box was soaked with water upon unloading. When told about the leak, the response was simply, "Thanks, we'll take a look at that."

It was very poor.I made a one day trailer rental and needed to change it to a extra day. called in and spoke with a lady that said it was ok since there was NO reservations on the trailer. Then the next day before I could even get out of bed, I was called and harassed by a "Brittany" saying that I better return the trailer as soon as possible, they needed to rent it, I explained I had already called in and she said I was being charged for the day and that I needed to bring it back asap. I told her I had until the end of day as my second day rental was NOT up yet, she put me on hold and come back and said to bring the trailer back, I said I would have it back by the time my second 24 hour period was up that I was being charged for. she again put me on hold and never returned to the phone for over a half hour, I then hung up so I could bet to work with the trailer. A couple hours later, I got another call from someone else who told me needed to return the trailer I explained what was said that morning , and she said no one put any info in the computer. so I was harassed several times taking up my rental time on the phone instead of working with what I rented.
