Mistakes were made and they said I had a different truck than what I had. Guy at drop off very helpful even though very busy.
Need to upgrade booking and check in computer system. This would help all around.

Very good service. The employee I worked with was friendly, fast, and efficient. He has only been working there for less than a year but really knew his stuff. He was great to work with and an honest guy.

Although the personnel at the U-Haul office was very friendly and helpful and apologetic, there was an error in the computer system that kept me waiting there for 45 mins, if not more.
The personnel was very friendly and helpful though. I need to stress that.

However, it would have been nice if I could have left my car in your parking lot, as I had reserved the truck for 24 hrs.
I didn't feel comfortable parking my car on the street, overnight, in an unfamiliar area.
Other than that, everything was excellent.

Being my first time as a U-Haul customer, I wasn't aware that I was supposed to fuel the truck back to original levels. It certainly makes sense in hindsight. In consequence, I received a rather large refuelling fee on my bill that I was not expecting. The employee who gave me the truck didn't mention it, and the website never mentioned it either. I felt pretty upset.

the pick up was easy but I was made to park my car for the day on the busy Marsh Rd. the paperwork and the staff for the drop off was rude, slow and after moving all day, driving, loadng and unloading the end was the most difficult part of the day.
