When I went to pick up the truck, the gas was less than 50% full. When I returned the truck, I left the gasoline exactly as I received it. When I went to return the truck I was charged an extra $12.00 for the gasoline. I thought it was very unfair, if you want to charge the customer for the gasoline, make sure that you keep the trucks EXACTLY at 50%.

I made a reservation and they did not have a truck anywhere near the size I requested. I reserved a 26ft truck they gave me a 15ft one. Everyone moved at a snails pace and I had to approach employees in order to get help. They simply would just walk by me, ignoring me.

Read the contract, all the way through, as nobody there will go over it with you. Most of the staff is friendly. The policies of the locations all seem to vary so be careful where you get company policy and information.

Please let customers know when they pick up the vans that the U-Haul office does not accept cash after 6:30 p.m. in case customers don't have a credit/debit card.

I went a couple days early to have the vehicle inspected. There was a problem with the electrical wiring, so I had to go to a different location to have it fixed. I called in first to make an appointment, but when I got there the guy had already left. I had to drive there on a different day.

Very large location and the young man assisting me was very good. The rental truck was relatively new and clean. The only downside was the gas tank was not full and I ended up having to stop once to get gas to get to my destination and then fill to the point it was at when I returned it.

My experience picking up the uhaul truck was fine. The guy helping me knew what he was doing and it went quickly. However, when I returned the following day to pick up a trailer for my car, I had a very different experience. Out of the six people working there only one or two seemed to know what they were doing and it took forever to even find my reservation that had just been confirmed the pervious day. One employee was even standing at the counter on his cell phone talking to what seemed like a friend. When they finally found the reservation they told us to go outside and the guy out there would help us. We did; however, no one came to help us. About 5 minutes later an employee came riding a bike down the street and asked if we were waiting a trailer. When I said yes he seemed irritated and wondered why we hadn't met him back in the entirely different lot across the street behind the building to get the trailer that no one told us about. It then took forever to attach the trailer. Unfortunately the employee that hooked up the trailer didn't seem to know what he was doing and didn't do it correctly. When we went to put the car on the trailer another employee was standing on the trailer to direct me. When I drove onto it the trailer unhitched from the truck, flew up, and slammed into the employee, injuring him and also putting a serious dent into the uhaul truck. Finally the owner came out and correctly re-attached the hitch (very quickly). However at this point we had been at the uhaul location for approximately an hour and a half and were way behind on our tight schedule so we decided to cancel the trailer reservation because I now had to drive separately in order to make it to our destination on time (since the speed limit restriction towing the car would not have gotten us to our destination in time). We finally left, but about 10 minutes later had to turn around and go back to the uhaul location to get a sticker for the dent that the trailer had made to prove that they were responsible for the dent and not us. Once we got back, they informed us that (unbeknownst to us) they had actually put the sticker on while we were inside canceling the trailer reservation. All in all the whole ordeal took two hours and resulted in me having to put almost 400 miles on my car. I was very disappointed in the service and my overall experience with this location.

You need to improve your gas policy. The car was returned with the same amount of gas but was still charged for gas. It is not the 8 dollars that makes the difference but it is the principle. I could have easily stopped and put gas but since the quantity did not change I did not see the need.

The trucks are runned down and dirty, the radio didn't work, trucks need better maintenance. I had a truck with no tread on rear tires that they blew up on last rental. I should have inspected but why if I was given a verfication that the truck was in good condition.

The gas gage had less gas than indicated and I put in $16 worth of gas to insure it was above what I was supposed to have had and I drove 40 miles. When we go the car they were putting air in the front tire, it as way down again just 4 hour later and another light said to replace oil. Luckily we didn't need it for long and we weren't driving far.

Very rude staff with the exception of the clerk who helped me. No parking offered, I had to pay $7 to street park. The associate who brought my trunk was so unprofessional during the whole process. At check in the older male didn't event greet me and after looking at trunk rudely said, "oficina" and my preferred language in English unless I'm traveling to another country. Won't rent there again and will not recommend. Will also review in Yelp As well.
