The truck was nice and the people were polite. The issue is the wording used when renting a truck. We put 100.00 deposit down. The definition of deposit means, you return whatever you may be renting back in good condition your money will be returned. We did not receive our 100.00 dollars back. He explained it's all apart of the payment. I feel u haul should clarify their fine print fees better. Instead of saying deposit and misleading the public. You should say it's apart of the payment since your money will not be returned. I will not use u haul again for the simple fact I do not do business with liars. I would rather hand carry all my stuff to a new place than deal with a dishonest company. This also why corporations get a bad rap, they keep getting bigger by bending you over. In this economy that kind of money is a big deal. Stop ripping people off with your inaccurate wording and your ridiculous amount of fee's. This business is to big to taking advantage of the little people in this world. Poor business tactics. What a shame!!

Its not this locations fault but I was supposed to pick up my trailer at another location but found it closed!!! Called UHaul customer service and was redirected to this location. Luckily they had what I needed. I was not informed during the reservation process of closing time.

I rented a 26 ' truck , called 2 days before to confirm they had the truck , they said yes , arrive at 9:30 on Sunday to ... NO TRUCK !! Come to find out , the local number is answered in Arizona , not local. Terrible customer service . Had to take a 15' and 17' truck , at a reduced price , but the inconvience of travel time of 2 trucks, gas for 2 trucks and finding another driver is inexcusable . Was told this type of mistake happens almost daily.

Jacob is a very sharp and helpful young man. He can multitask! A novel trait in today's world. My only complaint is that if I need to talk to someone at the location, I don't want to be directed to the call center. Very frustrating when I have a simple question that the location could have answered.

I had reserved a 26 foot truck when I got there they told me they did not have one. So I had to take a 20 foot truck which made moving a lot more difficult I was not given a discount or anything I believe they should've call me ahead of time to tell me.

It would be appreciated if the employees at this U-Haul location would communicate with each other and properly fill orders. I was called FOUR TIMES to confirm my order. Additionally, five days after I used and returned U-Haul's truck and items I was called by a manager there wanting to know if I was going to pick up the items I ordered (that weren't ready when I picked up the truck I rented).

worse experience ever will NEVER rent from Uhaul again! returned the truck after hours with instructions to drop key etc. next day after a rough day of moving corporate Uhaul calling me non stop telling me they r missing the truck it wasn't returned, called the location no answer for over an hour went there and Jonathon a young man was the one who greeted me said ya I checked it in this morning but apparently he never followed procedure and logged the return into computer then we owed for 11 miles over he tried to argue got down right rude with me telling me I owed 68.00 kept telling me to look at the sign which was about equipment I called corporate and settled it he was completely trying to charge me for some equipment use I am still clueless to why today, then he wanted to charge me for each mile never giving me the first 3 free which I have on pwork is in the contract and charged me environmental fees again. I paid for 70 miles and use if truck when I picked it up the original man I dealt with was informative and respectful telling me if u go over its just .99 cents a mile you are all squared for 70. we expected a call on Sunday owing mileage for 11 over he charged us for 15 miles which 3 should of not been charged we went 85 miles paid for 70 first 3 free and paid the environmental fees when we rented it. I went ahead and over paid cause he was arguing with me mad I was telling him he wasn't charging me correctly, after I left looked at my receipt it wasn't even the correct receipt had another name on it with no info pertaining to me my truck rental I went back in and by this point my wife drove over we went in she tried to explain we wanted the correct receipt and explanations for charges he told us to leave the store or he was calling police we told him to go ahead and call police, he simply was telling us to do the math rude sarcastic and if we did the math he was wrong but refused to even listen. I've contacted a lawyer and ur corporate office will b hearing from him. we videotaped it all from cell phone

Location 770078 was not favorable. The general manager, Jacob Gross, was very rude. I picked up TWO trucks from this location. On my online receipt I was to pay $306, but when i go to pick it up it's $356 and the manager was completely rude when I told him that was not the correct price. My online reservation wasn't pulling up on my phone so i couldn't "prove" it to him so I just paid the extra money to get out of there. I also reserved 3 dozen furniture pads and 2 dollies. They should have been in the truck I was told by an employee. Go figure, they weren't in there when I got the truck home to load. So back I go to get those items. I pull up and the employee asked if the items were missing, I said yes. The "super helpful" manager told me those items aren't included in one way trips. I told him I paid for those items and they were on my reservation. He then looks at his employee to see if I was telling the truth, which he confirmed. Then come to find out I didn't even get the 3 dozen, just 3 packs of 6. So no, I WOULD NOT recommend this location to anyone, even if it makes you have to drive a little further to get your vehicle. The manager needs just a tad bit more customer service training and maybe training on being a nicer person as well.

Speak to someone online who will give you a fair and honest deal for what you want instead of gouging you for an excessive price and then giving you an un-secure dolly that bumped and banged the entire ride home.

The printer wasn't working and therefore I didn't get a confirmation. He did not have my dolly and furniture pads in the truck. When I called back to explain this, they told me I needed to come get them. When I got there, they were closed. This was an awful experience. They told me to come back just to close 5 minutes prior to the closing time. All the lights in the building were off upon my initial arrival to pick up the truck. This made the store look sketchy and unwelcoming.

I made the mistake of not checking to make sure the mileage was correct on the contract and got stuck paying for mileage that wasn't mine.
