I had to use this location because there were no u-hauls available near the location I was moving from. I had to drive an extra 70 miles (1 hour and 30 minutes) from the truck pick up location to the moving location. Uhaul's online scheduling technique needs to be reworked because trucks showed available online and then the location and time changed without any attention grabbing warning. The day of the move, Uhaul should should send a final email with the new details. I would like to talk more about this with a customer service rep for Uhaul.

Their internet was up and down. Could not receive an invoice when we returned truck. My father-in-law wanted to put it on his card - but could not due to the internet being down. We received a copy of the invoice later in the day by email and he wrote a check to cover the expense. The issue we had was if we had to argue the charge it would of been a hassle.
